So I just plugged this thing after it's collected dust for years. What is this screen I am getting? It's like a black inset covering the interface. Funnily enough, when I first boot it I can see the normal startup screen just fine and even when I first get to the interface I can see it, before this thing suddenly pops up. I also noticed when I removed the yellow input and re-inserted, I was able to see the interface before the black screen reappears a few secs later. Xbox 360 controller connection issues (Windows 10) Posted: 29 May 2020 05:39 PM PDT Hey everyone. So, I am now having issues connecting my Xbox 360 controllers when I had zero issues before. The trouble started after the most recent Windows 10 update. I went to play something on Steam yesterday and nothing. Doesn't work now. Under device manager the dongle is showing up as Unknown Device. When I remove it from the USB port and plug it back in (i've tried several), it still shows up as Unknown Device in my Device Manager. I have tried completely uninstalling, etc to no avail. I have updated drivers and scrolled down to the Xbox Peripherals and selected the most recent drivers (which would normally work in the past if this ever happened) only now, it still shows up as Unknown Device and tells me there are no drivers installed even after I install them. ?!?! Anyone else have this issue now? Anyone figure out what to do here because I have no idea. I have tried everything I know to do. I've uninstalled everything, redownloaded the Xbox controller/dongle files, reinstalled and the same thing happens. No idea... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Haunted forza Posted: 29 May 2020 07:59 AM PDT Who else remembers the invisible track glitch in forza motorsport 2 (not forza horizons)? The only thing that i can recall is that it would happen very rarely and the track would be completely invisible and wind up into the sky. there would also be weird screams/distorted music and 2d pedestrians that scared the crap out of my 10 year old self.
