    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses (shout out to ExtraToastyCheezits, for example) so far. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question. We might redirect you to Support.Xbox.com to contact one of our support teams or send you a private message if that's the best way to help. The Xbox Support team members won't respond to requests for help with third party products or situations that would violate the Terms of Use, Community Standards, or void a product warranty.

    Since we've been getting a lot of repeat questions, we wanted to highlight a couple changes we've made as we react to the recent high usage of Xbox services as people look to gaming for social connection:

    • The ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds has been temporarily turned off.

    • Your games will only be auto-updated if they were played within the last 30 days. As always, you can get updates at any time by selecting My games & apps > Manage > Updates, or just by launching a game.

    Whenever I go on Twitter all I see is so much negative attitude from PS4 fans or anyone in general. I understand people can be upset about this generation but why are people so vile and mean about someone who enjoys gaming on an Xbox ? It's like they have to go out of their way to make you feel like crap for gaming on an Xbox and for being excited for the new Xbox. Any thoughts because i think about this a lot

    YSK You can get your OG elite controller replaced free of charge, no questions asked.

    You can read the comments to see people's experience. It is all done through the Microsoft device warranty website, so you don't even have to speak to or live chat with an agent. Keep in mind your controller doesn't have to be under warranty, so anyone should be able to do it. Here are the steps:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ (Fixed the link, that's why everyone was having problems)
    2. Login and select your Xbox one registered to your account
    3. Select the accessories option and scroll to Xbox one elite controller
    4. Enter your controller serial number
    5. It will tell you that the device is no longer eligible for the standard warranty procedures so it will give you an option to select a replacement program
    6. Select the free shipping option. It will create the replacement order and give you a shipping label to print out.
    7. Send in your controller WITHOUT any accessories (thumbstick, case, paddles, etc). You will receive a brand new elite controller within 2 weeks

    Bring back Hydro Thunder!

    Me the boys played a few races last night of Hydro Thunder Hurricane and dang what a good time. They just don't make fun arcade racers like it anymore. A new game running 60fps with modern graphics would be so freakin awesome!

    Just wondering if I'm the only one not bothered by it? I just dont think it's that big of a deal.. I mean we can even customize it if we want.. and I dont think it's that much of a change.. tell me what you think of it and why you dont like it? Maybe I'm missing something
