    How to properly turn off an xbox one?

    Okay so this is a weird question I guess. We have 2 Xbox one consoles. One for my husband. One for the kids. The kids almost always use the controller to turn it on and off. But occasionally they'll touch the button on the console itself to turn it off. And my husband flips out on them for it. So.... is he just a weirdo or is it bad to turn on/off that way? I've never heard that before so I'm not sure.

    Question about my xbox controller

    So i had purchased a 1yr warranty(btw from Gamestop) for my Xbox One Controller and it was broken so then i was deciding to go get a new one but 2 days after my decision quarantine struck and so i could not go to Gamestop so i was wondering if Microsoft or Gamestop could give me another controller and excuse my expired warranty

    My headsets audio sounds buggy and glitchy, I’ve tried multiple different controllers and headsets and they all do the same thing when connected to my Xbox. Any idea why this is?

    Hey everyone, I was trying to use a photo off my camera roll off of my phone for my Xbox live picture via the phone app, and after I had the desired photo selected, a message popped up saying "sorry, we can't upload the picture right now, try again in a little while" I've been off and on trying for the last few days but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or if the app is just having problems. Anyways, any suggestions to what the issue is? Thanks for any help 😁

    I was on a game last night and i realised my controller batteries need changing so i did, after this it promped the controller to be reconnected to the console via the buttons on the controller and console, after this my headset stopped working. I’ve updated firmware and xbox recognised it

    Parent Permission sign in loading

    For some reason modern warfare has decided that I need my parent's permission to keep playing it. But whenever I sign in with my parent's account to give permission, it just sits there and loads. Last time I waited 45 minutes for it to load before I quit. I've tried hard resetting already.

    I was kicked out of Plants Vs Zombies...I think for playing unfairly, but I don’t think I was.

    Let me start off by saying, that I'm totally knew to gaming.

    I recently started playing Plants Vs Zombies: Battle for neighborhville.

    I found this great spot in Giddy Park where I could take almost anybody who crossed my path out. I was still in plain view. I even got shot from multiple angles myself, I wasn't hiding in some computer generated loophole. I was getting absolutely everybody, in all directions. Opponents could attack me from multiple directions, and did so, but with the combination of the character I picked and my location, it was just the perfect game plan.

    Well after ten minutes or so, I was kicked out of the game. Then when I tried to re-enter Giddy Park, A prompt was set up that said I was banned and I should "...reflect upon my actions."

    So what happened???? Did somebody report me as playing unfairly? Is there an appeal process? I don't think I played unfairly at all. I didn't take advantage of any cheat codes or glitches in the game. Has anybody else gone through this? Was I being an a***hole by winning so decisively?

    Did I break PVZ or gaming etiquette???

    Make more lord of the rings games backwards compatible

    Hello everyone,

    I am hoping that there can be some way that Xbox and the developers of the lord of the rings games can see this. Although the new gen games like shadow of war are great, I feel like we don't have a game that is actually playable for a long amount of time or that is good to play with friends. This is why I hope we can get lord of the rings conquest and Lego lord of the rings to become bc on Xbox as I know lots of people would play these. Also as we are all in quarantine it would be a great time to do it as people want a game or multiple games that remind them of their childhood or games they never got to play. These would be great. Hope these can become bc. Thankyou

    Friends to play R6

    So um, never done one of these before. But I've been wanting to get better at Rainbow Six Siege and none of my current friends play it. I'm only a Lvl 38, but despite me playing it a lot I usually just mess around. Considering this quarantine thing, I figured now is a great time to have fun and hopefully get better at the game.
