    If you do and try to repurchase you'll be dinged with two hard credit inquiries on your credit report..... After speaking with four different Amazon reps and two Citizens One associates. I've finally received some information on why a few if not all orders today have been defaulting to previous payment method and then coming back as declined...

    Citizens One was extremly knowledgeable and they assured me they're working with Amazon to figure out why the cart isn't defaulting to the Citizens One line of credit. The rep advised me not to cancel but to check back in 24hrs to see if they've came to a resolution with Amazon.

    Hope this info helps someone else in my shoes.. I almost canceled and have seen others advising it.. I wouldn't do it till they get this figured out and hopefully figure out a way not to double ding peoples credit in the future..

    I recently won one of the Xbox Eclipse from taco bell. It came with the series 2 controller. I am amazed at how well this thing works. Sold buttton press, adjustable button and stick sensitivity. Custom lay outs you can change with a press of a button. Magnetic customization for sticks and paddles. If I didn't get it for free I would buy one after just one day of using it (AND I am a playstation guy)

    Decided to do Xbox All Access and think I got a used console from Amazon...maybe?

    Opened the Amazon box and inside was the Gears 5 bundle already opened. Wasn't super duper concerned about that but when I went home and plugged in, I did the update and the console already has 3 games installed - Apex Legends, Dead by Daylight and Gears 5.

    Is that last part normal? Or did I get a used console?

    Hey all! I hope everyone is having a decent day/evening. I would appreciate everyone's opinion on this matter.

    So I'm a university student who has 2 friends who are a couple of years older than me. They already finished their programs and have moved on to different cities/states. This holiday season I want to get the 3 of us a game that we can all play as a way to continue to stay in touch and as close friends. Does anyone have any suggestions for games? The only game that we all already have is Overwatch.

    My friend from India was getting the $1 for 3 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate deal because he saw it came bundled with Discord, EA and Spotify. He bought it but the codes never appeared anywhere so he went looking and noticed that the deals pop up at the bottom on the US site but not on the Indian site. Then he contacted support and was promptly told that these deals only apply to to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Mexico, Brazil and France. It's great that Microsoft is trying to make Xbox Game Pass Ultimate the best deal they can but neglecting half the world with the offers is a big miss in my opinion.

    Related, but Xbox Game Pass isn't even available in Serbia. It's pretty depressing being locked out of such a great and cheap service in a fairly poor country while everyone else I know is able to get it.

    Edit: The Spotify deal is actually restricted to the UK and US, thanks to u/kothuboy21/ for pointing that out

    New xbox live reporting is better in some ways and worse in others

    The new xbox live reporting functionality is good in some cases and ridiculous in others.

    People quit all the time in Halo for some reason, even in ranked matches. So me and my friends report them because we don't want to play with quitters. The issue with the new system is that there are all of the new more detailed options for reporting on every available option when you report. If I report someone for quitting early, that should be the only option I should have to select. But when I select quitting early now, I have to scroll down through all of the predefined options like harassment, fraud, and all the others to get to other, when none of those options really relate to quitting early. In fact, there isn't even a quitting early option to select after I select quitting early as the reason I want to report someone. The only way to accurately report someone for quitting early is to select quitting early -> other -> other.

    Don't get me wrong, I think the new reporting options' granularity is great and is better in the ability to report more things to xbox live, but it does not always make sense the options you are given and seems to give you the same set of options regardless of what you want to say. I can report someone for quitting early and then for harassment. Well which is it?

    My dad accidentally dropped my xbox, and the face plate came off a little. I took it off and put it back on, but now the band button doesnt work, and it appears a piece is missing, what can I do?

    I test my network connection, it's fine. I test my multiplayer connection, it says it can't finish it. Code (0x0000000000000000) or something like that. Then I test my NAT type and it says that its strict. On the screen with all the buttons saying "test ____", it says my NAT type is unavailable and I have to go to xbox.com/xboxone/teredo. I'm so confused. I've reset my xbox, reset my router, did the 10 second xbox button thing.

    Just got this error this morning while xbox was updating. Tried restarting and hard reseting it and nothing helped...it would get around 90% each time.
