- With any mic I use, parties don’t register audio from me. Audio settings says my mics are on, my mics are not muted, but nobody can hear me in parties. Anyone know what’s wrong? If it helps to figure out the issue, I am indeed streaming from my Xbox to my laptop using the Xbox console companion.

| Microsoft is benefitting from unfinished products (opinion) Posted: 18 Nov 2021 08:32 AM PST This probably won't shock anyone but Microsoft is doing a lot of things, spending a lot of money, and investing a lot for the future… however, I feel like at this moment XGS, gamepass, and Microsoft themselves are most benefitting because they are bringing more complete products to the market than anyone in the competition. They rightly delayed halo for a year, horizon is polished to a T, flight simulator is a programmers wet dream. Cast that with the backlash to games like cyberpunk and the joke of a remaster in GTA trilogy, and battlefield('need more time in the oven' sounds like a trigger at this point) Microsoft is hitting the right goals in gaming at the right time with these releases. I use the PS remote play app to stream audio and gameplay to my pc, so I can talk to my friends on discord and stream the game I'm playing to them. I wanted to make sure that the Xbox remote play does the same thing and lets me play the games from the Xbox, not from the pc, to avoid input lag and stutter and use the remote play as audio and stream what I'm doing. Get the "took to long to start, try again" message. Then the controller takes 10 mins to re-connect after a restart. A restart used to at least get the games going again but that's not helping this time. Any advice is appreciated, as it is I'm regretting not getting a PS5. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
