    Brand new Xbox Series X Halo Infinite Edition - Crash or Freezes shortly after opening any game

    Writing for a friend that is currently seeking help for this problem:

    New Series X arrived just yesterday. Smooth dashboard with no problems, when opening a game the console is able to get to the main menu but often crash / freezes right after. Sometimes this turns off the Xbox and sometimes it goes back to the dashboard.

    There are no excessive heat, no abnormal noise. Some games he's able to enter a mission or a match but soon after it crashes.

    He already tried various reboots, hard resets, formatting or trying to play with a different profile but nothing.

    He also thinks that by being an Omega insider on xbox and changing console ( from a normal Xbox Series X to this new one ) could have given problems with updates causing these various crashes?
    Could there be a known problem with a recent update of the system?

    Can’t purchase Star Wars Episode III game?

    I get this error on my Xbox and Browser:

    "An Xbox Gamertag is required to complete this purchase. Create an account at xbox.com/live or sign into your Xbox and try purchasing this again."

    I am signed in, and never had this. I couldn't find any help online. Anyone else have this issue?

    The king has returned!! I used to play this game all the time as a kid and it still holds up today. One of the BEST star wars games in my opinoin.

    I'm following a stock alert discord server. Target doesn't ship this item. This item doesn't seem to be available in my area. I live in new york city.

    the new backwards compatible games

    so i've been trying to buy one of the games that came to backwards compatibility yesterday but i non of them are listed, i have to search them and when i do go to buy them i get a message saying i need a gamertag which i have, the money also gets taken from my account but then the money gets given back to me and the game still says i have to buy it

    Games I owned have to buy again - Backward Compatibility

    I bought Cloning Clyde and Time Pilot years ago - probably 2006-2008, and I still have achievements for them. But since they were added to backward compatibility, Xbox Store is saying I have to buy them again. Anyone else have this problem? I also bought Dead or Alive Ultimate 1, and when I try to play it, it asks if I own the game. I just bought it yesterday. Also - I can't buy Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith - it says a gamertag is required. So weird.

    Tried buying Dead or Alive 4 yesterday and it was a headache inducing experience. My card was charged but had errors on the store front. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour, and they said they would call me back in 2-3 hours after an investigation, which they never did. Read other people having similar issues trying to buy Otogi, the new Star Wars titles, etc. Curious if people are having better luck today before trying again.

    Revenge of The Sith Problem

    I bought ROTS and it didn't show up in my games, when I go on the store it says I haven't bought it, I restarted my Xbox and it is still saying that I haven't bought it, yet the money has gone, does anyone know how to fix this? I'm in the UK if that helps, it's not showing up in my order history either.

    List of disc only backward compatible games

    Title speaks for itself: is there a list of the backward compatible games on the modern consoles that are only playable via disc at this point? Pretty sure the original F.E.A.R. and Lego LOTR fall into this category, but was looking for a list. Thanks
