I don't want to mod or JTAG this thing, it's purely for collection and nostalgia purposes! Anyway, it doesn't have a hard drive installed but I'd like to buy one (an official one). Does anyone know if buying a HDD from eBay would or could cause the dashboard to be updated when I install it? Or will the console simply prompt me to format it and away I go? | Question about Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter Posted: 16 Nov 2021 12:25 AM PST I've been looking into playing some original Xbox games on my Xbox 360 Elite. However, to play these games, it says I need to connect to Xbox Live by using an Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter. I checked online and I found two different Wireless Adapter models; a black one with two antennas and a white one with one antenna. As far as I can tell, they have the same USB connection and the only physical difference is the color and number of antennas. From what I've read online, the black one is for Wireless N and the white one is Wireless G. Does it really make a difference for which one I buy, or am I just better off getting the Black N Adapter with two antennas? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
