Problem Downloading old games.

I just hooked my old 360 back up again and I been downloading a bunch of my old games that I bought. I can't download spiderman web of shadows and marvel ultimate alliance 2. It will start the download, but it stops right after. Anybody know what the problem is? I know they are delisted, but I own them and they are in my download history. I had no problems downloading ultimate alliance 1 and spider man edge of time and demensions.

What kind of Xbox is this?

So, I got a phat Xbox 360 from someone, and I don't know what motherboard revision it is. The stickers say it should be a 16.5A Zephyr model, but the power connector shows it's a Falcon. The only other thing it says is that it was made after August 2007, in October, when Falcons were being made. Can anyone tell me if this is just a mislabeled system, or is it a weird Zephyr?

Question about Xbox Live accounts on the 360

Some context for what I'm going to ask. About a year ago my first 360 was broken beyond my ability to repair it, and without any repair shops that could or would work on it to my knowledge near by I decided to just get another 360. I'm planning on selling the broken one on ebay so someone can use it for parts but I wanna know if my Xbox Live Account would still be logged in even after I took out the harddrive to put in the newer system. I really don't want some random person out there getting ahold of any of my account information if they can get it working. Do I have anything to worry about?
