    Hopefully someone can help, while I’m watching Netflix/sports/YouTube if I don’t touch my controller for ~15 minutes this pops up on my screen. Anyone know why this is happening. It’s extremely annoying and would love to know how to get it to stop. Any suggestions appreciated!!

    Mom here. Please help. My son has been using my Microsoft account on xbox since he was little. He is 16 now and all his progress and games are on my account, but I would like to move him to his own account. What's the best way? (more details below)

    We have Ultimate and he makes in game purchases sometimes. I dont want to leave my credit card on that account anymore. I would like to put him in a "family" so I can approve purchases before they get charged - but that's not possible on a primary/main account since it's that account that does the approving. If I just make a new account for him he will lose all his progress and saves. How do I swap that account to a secondary account, and link it to a newly created main account (that I'll create for myself) that stores the payment and deals with billing? FWIW, I don't use xbox, so I dont need anything in the current account - but ideally I would also like to replace my email address with his once the new accounts are set up.

    I am trying to figure out what account needs to be set to "MY Home Xbox" to be able to share "Ultimate"?

    My main Account has "Ultimate" running.
    The 2nd Account does not but wants to play online games too.

    Which Account now I must set to "MY HOME XBOX"? The Main or the 2nd?

    Is the Original Xbox worth purchasing in 2021?

    With lots of original Xbox titles playable on Xbox 360 via backward compatibility, is still worth purchasing the original Xbox in 2021? Or all the good titles are playable on 360 and Original Xbox console is pointless? I've never owned one. I am definitely getting a 360, hopefully Series X when they become available/cheaper. Any other Xbox I should get? What is your advice?

    It would be so awesome if xbox could get some type of deal with square enix to get a batch of the old snes rpgs bundled like the rare replay games. Chrono trigger era games. And put those out for us old school gamers. People are going out hunting for retro games and systems now. Where's our flashbacks???

    So when the update first was released I was able to use the remote play button net to the search bar. I was goin to use the remote play feature today, AND ITS GONE!?!?!?! Can somebody please explain? (Before you ask, I already checked for updates)

    Help unlinking an EA account

    Im guessing this will get removed but i'm not really sure where to turn next. My gamertag is linked to an ancient EA account I no longer have access to, EA have been as helpful as a chocolate fire guard asking me questions such as the title and date the last game was purchased on the account.

    They have shut the door on unlinking the account but I am unable to play gamepass EA games on my PC

    Does anyone have any advice? I suggested I send them my ID but they just kept saying I need to answer their questions
