    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    • For console issues - your console type (One S, S All-Digital, One X, or original) and whether or not it is on an insider OS build.

    A Xbox friend of mine after 8 years passed away yesterday.

    A guy I met when I was around 13 on the 360 passed away yesterday. I met him in real life 2 years ago. Me and him recently downloaded the master chief collection to beat all of the old halos before infinite came out, we beat combat evolved and was in the middle of halo 2. He told me last week that we should finish it but I was so tired from work I practically ignored the messages. We are both 22 years old, this hurts and playing will definitely not be the same. Rip Nathaniel.

    My friend has had 2 Xbox One S's have break on him in the last 2 weeks this is the startup (Tried 3 different power supplies, different cables, different plugs and power cycled, moved locations of Xbox's and none it worked

    I’m always a little sad when I earn a Diamond level achievements for completing basic quests for a game

    It means that less than 10 percent of players even got to completing that part of the game.

    I am playing my way through Ascent and completing parts of the main quest have earned me Diamond achievements … sad. I am really enjoying the game.

    Chivalry 2 crashing Xboxes and potentially bricking them! Please raise awareness!

    Please upvote for visibility! There has been a game-breaking bug since the last major update for Chivalry 2 causing Xboxes to lock up at the main menu and crash. For me and others this crashing is very often and happens loading up the game. Other users have even reported this bricking their Xboxes and rendering them unusable and has happened to people I know personally.

    Torn Banner has not posted about this issue and no one has gotten replies from tickets including myself.

    Here are just a couple posts from r/chivalry2 highlighting the issue, one being from as long ago as 42 days! Please raise awareness so the devs can fix this and we can help save some Xboxes!

    We have 2 large screens in one room. Need a new game. Ive played world of tanks a bit but the 3 tire matches pushed me away. We played Apex, its toxic and I suck, it only seems to work every other match because of one glitch or another. Forza 4 seems to spend more time trying to connect than race. Looking for something competitive that works all the time.

    I recently got a 9x after not much research into looking for a new Xbox mic; the audio is excellent, and it seems to be high quality, but all my friends say it sounds like I'm talking through a cup Idk how to fix it.
