    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question. We might redirect you to Support.Xbox.com to contact one of our support teams or send you a private message if that's the best way to help.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    Internal Hard Drive Nearly Full When It Shouldn't Be

    It says my internal storage maximum is 365.0 GB, the standard amount for a normal Xbox One. When I add up all of my games, even rounding up just in case, it only equals about 207.0 GB. However, it says I have about 12.0 of free space. I've done the "Free Up Space" thing and the apps I have downloaded don't come anywhere near the amount they would have to be to cause this. Any help appreciated.

    So recently my console broke and I was wondering if I buy a 500 gb Xbox One S, and replace its hard drive with my previous hard drive(1tb), will I be able to have the new console have 1tb of storage and keep all my data? Thanks in advance :)

    Every game's cutscenes lag

    I've had this problem for years and just dealt with it out of laziness. Every single game I play, cutscenes lag terribly. I have never experienced one uninterrupted for any game. Even ones with simple graphics like Telltale's Walking Dead. The video lags and the audio cuts out at the same time just to come back, usually with the video sped up for a second. It's like watching a movie that buffers constantly. I'm on One X now but I had the same issue with the original One. Please help. Google has given me no answers.

    Have I gone completely crazy or did we used to be able to say "Xbox record that" to record the last 30 seconds. The functionality seems to have just disappeared.

    Buying in game content

    The store is apparently not working for dlc and other in game content, and last time I tried to buy something, it didn't work on Microsoft's end. I got my money back, but a new season of destiny 2 is coming out tomorrow and I was wondering if anybody had bought anything, specifically silver for destiny 2 but anything will do. If you did buy any in game currencies, did you receive them?

    My dashboard is a black screen. How do I fix this?

    Title. Just turned my Xbox One on. It gave me the normal "Hi (My Name)" and then nothing. Just a black screen. I've tried the method of holding the power button and then unplugging it and leaving it for a minute, but it just gives me the startup screen, the "Hi" message, and then goes right back to the black screen. How do I fix this?

    Edit:

    New problem: I did the reboot and got to the network password screen. I selected my Wi-Fi to connect to, and entered the password. I then selected "show password" to make sure I entered it correctly. After that, the screen got kinda dark and this little green box appeared next to the text box and said "ctrl+a." I accidentally pressed the A button on it, and now it won't proceed. I can't bring the keyboard back up. It says to press A to select and B to go back, but when I do either, it just plays the little sound that it plays when you press the respective button, and does nothing.

    Xbox One Upload Speed and MTU Both Say Not Available When Running Internet Speed Tests

    I've just recently moved into my college dorm and the internet connection here is a lot a faster than I had at home, so games can load no problem, but when I play a game like GTA Online, the game is unable to save due to there being no upload speed available. I've contacted Microsoft support and a representative there ran me through the usual things you see online to fix any sort of problem (e.g. power cycle console, change MAC address to different things, factory reset my console, etc), but these solutions were to no avail. I have a few friends with other Xbox consoles who are having this same problem, but my friends who have PlayStations don't seem to have this problem at all. Their internet has upload speeds and their GTA Online can save no problem, so I have no clue if this is a problem with the router or the Xbox itself since other devices are able to connect and use the Wi-Fi with no problems. I've tried using an ethernet cable, and while this does speed up the download speeds considerably, the upload speed and MTU still say "Not Available". If anyone knows how to fix this or has had experience with this problem before please help.
