    Hi! As this post's subject says, we are creating an r/Xbox FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions document). The purpose of this post is to gather ideas and suggestions for the FAQ.

    The FAQ will reside in the sub's Wiki (see link below). I created a starting template using a dozen actual frequently asked questions that I see posted all the time. I invite you to reply/comment here in this thread giving suggestions on questions & topics that should go in the FAQ. We're not asking for anyone to write the FAQ answers in this thread - we just want your suggested questions/topics for now. Bear in mind that this will be an Xbox FAQ, not a general gaming FAQ or something that will address questions with specific games.

    ^ This is not a real FAQ yet. It's simply the first revision to get things started. The plan is to give interested and qualified readers access to edit and expand the Wiki FAQ page as time goes on.

    Xbone and seris x versions of 2042 have different prices and doesn't have smart delivery. I wonder how many people will get the wrong version by mistake considering how similar the boxs are

    I can’t play backwards compatible games

    Every time I load up a 360 game on an Xbox one it gives me an error and says that my console can't connect to Xbox live, but it's exclusively with 360 games. Does anyone know a fix?

    Will 30FPS feel Smooth?

    Hey, so im right now gaming on a 144hz PC Monitor but im getting an series S soon. I was wondering if 30FPS will feel Smooth with motion blur on and stuff like that or if it will feel laggy for me as i got used to 144fps now. I havent heard of a lot of console players complaining about 30fps,but is that just because they never played on 144fps? Thanks for answering in advance :)

    xbox won’t give me a refund for cold war when it’s unplayable. and to the snarky mod yes it WAS playable. there update yesterday broke it again. made it 4 days after coming back before they broke it again. they broke it the first time with the february 12th update

    Wireless Headphones for Xbox?

    This is more to do with the TV setup but I need it for playing games. How do I get all the sound through Wireless headphones so my game playing doesn't disturb others?

    Info: I have a newish Smart TV (Panasonic) which has a 3.5mm jack and a spare USB slot (other USB and HDMI are in use). It does not appear to have Bluetooth connectivity. I appreciate I could just buy a (long) wired set of headphones but I would prefer not to be physically connected to the TV.

    Has anyone had experience painting the d-pad, paddles, and the joystick rings/posts?

    I bought a gold set off of Amazon and I love it. But I also thought about getting green to match the series x. But no one sells it in green. So I thought to paint it, but not sure what kinds would be best.

    Series S turning off by itself when downloading

    My friend's Series S has been having this problem for a while now, that it shuts down by itself when downloading games. He made sure the settings of auto-shutdown or whatnot are all off, it's not those. What could be the issue? Anyone have this issue? Any fixes?

    I just found out about the numbers and I am shocked!!!! So far, I don't see that Bethesda is worth half a Marvel or a quarter of Star Wars. Seems to me like Microsoft payed far too much money for them.

    Black screen after newest update

    Help - Xbox main screen is skipping around

    My Xbox is skipping around so it's hard to select things. At first I thought it was the controller so I bought a new one, but it's still doing it. Most of the solutions require I access settings but it won't even let me access settings because it won't scroll properly.
