    When you go to redeem the game, make sure you click "Stay in Deutschland" when the site asks you what store you want to look at. Once you do that, sign into your account and then click the blue "Get" button and the game should be automatically redeemed and added to your "All Owned Games" tab on your Xbox, unless you have automatic installations turned on, in which case the game should start downloading on your Xbox as soon as you redeem it.

    Weird issue: Xbox One only accepts disks halfway, then spins them outside of the system, only to not accept them

    The title pretty much explains it, the discs just go inside of the system and continue to spin outside of it. I've already opened it up (to an extent) to try and clean out any dust in the drive, but it didn't make any difference. What additional step should I take before buying a new drive?

    Note: purchased second hand, I don't know the history of the system. It looked extremely clean when I took it apart.

    Hi there, I don't have an environment to make this test and my question is that is this possible to let a normal wired headphone plugs into a xbox one controller(with 3.5mm jack), then use a wireless adapter to connect this controller to a Win10 PC so you can get audio output on the wired headphone? I think it should be okay in principle and I need your help to confirm. Thank you!

    Is there any easy way to find a games achievement list while looking in the store?

    Used to be able to view the games "official page" that showed community clips, screenshots, and achievements before, but with recent updates it's harder to find achievements at least. I hate buying a game and finding out that some of the achievements I can no longer get, or just way too incredibly difficult to get or just don't interest me

    gamepass trouble

    i'm t thing to play my game pass games offline because i'm moving rn and i don't have wifi yet and my network chip in my xbox is broke so i can only connect via ethernet and i thought i would stop at my old house real quick to go online so my subscription would update but it still isn't letting me play my games offline. any help?
