    Anyone know what's wrong with this Xbox One S? No video and HDMI Port looks perfect. It doesn't want to turn off if you hit the power button once and it never goes into syncing mode when you hit the sync button. Could this be a bad HDMI Retimer?

    How to get Left 4 Dead on Xbox One

    Hey guys just wanted to share every step regarding downloading the digital version of Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 on the Xbox One as other post I found left a few blanks.

    For some reason you cannot buy Left 4 Dead 1/2 from your Xbox One. It will tell you it is not available to purchase at this time. Here is a way to buy it and play on your Xbox One S/X or Series S/X

    1. Go to https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Left-4-Dead/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80245410830 on your PC

    For whatever reason you CANNOT purchase Left 4 Dead 1 or 2 from the current marketplace and it must be purchased from the old Xbox live store.

    1. Sign in to your microsoft account associated with your Xbox

    2. Click Buy

    It will give you an error message if you have more than 1 card on associated with your Xbox account. Remove every other card from your Microsoft account except for the card you will use to buy the game.

    1. Once purchased from the old website boot up your Xbox One and search for Left 4 Dead in the Microsoft marketplace

    2. Select Left 4 Dead 1/2

    A new box should appear allowing you to install to your Xbox One.

    You should now be able to play Left 4 Dead 1/2 on your Xbox One!

    I spent hours looking for ways to play this digitally and finally found out how through multiple different threads and comment sections. I hope this helps anyone looking for the answer.

    Do you think they'll ever get back to the backwards compatibility program?

    I know they said they diverted resources to the new generation but does that mean once everything's settled In we'll start to see more 360 games and Series X enhancements of old games.

    Or are they permanently done?
