    Does anyone remember this game? I remember playing the hell out of this, it was such a unique game. They should make another one or a remaster, I would love to see it.

    I realized with Starfield's 11/22 release date that ES6 is still years away. Being overly optimistic, we may see the game by 2025, potentially? It's hard to say.

    But consider this: Morrowind was released in 2002. 4 years later we got Oblivion in 2006. 5 years after that, Skyrim was released. Since then, Skyrim has had ~6 re-releases, across various consoles and versions. 6!

    If we're lucky, and that's a big "if," 14 years will have passed between ESV and ESVI. One has to believe the shameless milking of Skyrim HAS to be the primary reason for the wait.

    Another example is Blizzard. Im a big Overwatch and WoW fan. Both games for which content drip has been painstakingly slow and disappointing over the last few years. Meanwhile, what have they been working on? Remasters. Warcraft 3 reforged, D2 resurrected, and WoW Classic.

    I want to pause and say that, from a business standpoint, I get it. The goal is to be profitable. Skyrim has clearly been one of the most successful games in history.

    I also realize that the price of developing new AAA games is sky-rocketing, which is further incentivizing companies to fall back on successful products.

    Consider also the new consoles. I purchased a 360 on day one. I purchased an Xbone on day one. I still have not purchased a series X and to be completely honest, I'm not sure when I will simply because the current "next-gen" trend is to re-release old games designed to take advantage of the new hardware. Maybe it is just me, but I'm not interested. I don't think there is a single game on the Series X that I can't play on my One X.

    Don't get me wrong. It is fun to play through modernized classics of games we love. I'm currently working through the Mass Effect remaster and unfortunately I'm enjoying it. Which brings me to say that my disappointment may be less with the developers and more with us as consumers for continuing to spend our money on recycled content. And what everyone does with their money is their business, no doubt. But I think we're kidding ourselves if we don't believe both the quantity AND quality of new video games would be lightyears ahead of where it is now if the market wasn't so saturated with remakes.

    Xbox HD AV Pack only outputting right side from RCA jacks?

    So I payed about $70 on eBay for HD AV Pack, and while it mostly works great, I went to record it only to to realize that it was only outputting audio from the right side. If I unplug the red RCA(right channel) and leave the white, no audio can be heard. I'm hoping it's just a bad RCA cable, but it's very possible that the left channel on the HD AV Pack is bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This thing is awesome, honestly hard to tell the difference between valhalla running on the 2080 ti in desktop and on the series x.

    The value for money is absolutely insane, best purchase I've made in a long long time.

    Any recommendations for x/s optimized titles or new games to play? I've got game pass ultimate.

    So excited to play through the halo series, I've wanted to play this since my friends had the OG Xbox when I was younger and my parents couldn't afford to buy me a console.

    This is absolutely 10/10, I should of joined this sub earlier.

    Xbox Playing Burned Discs?

    Hello, I have a regular Xbox 360 and a friend of mine ran a burned disc with a game on it (UFC 2010) and it actually worked.

    How is that possible? My xbox is not modded or anything like that, I have no idea about modding or how to do it but I thought your console was supposed to be modded for that to work. He does it on the PS2 too and that's not modded either.

    The disc on it reads "DVD+R DL"

    Can anyone explain?

    I just got a used Xbox one, it's getting really hot and I can't even hear the fan. Is there something wrong with it or do they just do this? It's WAY hotter than my ps4. Is this okay?

    Error after attempted system update.

    So my girlfriend's Xbox One S is throwing an error code after the system tried to update. We've gone through the different solutions on Microsoft's troubleshooting website. We've wiped the memory on the Xbox and tried again and we've also tried the offline update where you reformat a flash drive and download the update onto it to manually load it into the console. Everytime we try the latter the Xbox does not recognize that the flash drive has been inserted. After contacting Microsoft they quotes $179 to fix it even though the console was purchased only 1 year and 3 months ago which is 2/3 the price of a new console. Does anyone know something I don't? She really misses Stardew Valley haha

    Older xbox question

    Ive never owned or really played Xbox before. I've only ever been a Sony and Nintendo fanboy, but I'm getting ahold of a 360 from a relative so I could play some stuff like halo and fable, and maybe some other stuff. Is there backwards compatability with 360 games playing regular Xbox? There's quite a few older games that I would love to get like the old Harry Potter games, and some other stuff

    Can't use the "start recording" button on xbox

    I have a series s and I used to record a lot of videos using just a USB drive plugged into the xbox so I could record for 1 hour. Yet recently (probably for the past year) I haven't been able to record clips using the USB drive, whether its "start recording", it says recording has started, but then I check and it never started. When I go to clip it says game clip recorded, plug it into my pc, no clips. This has been causing me a lot of trouble and I just want to figure out what is going on.

    Including party chat while streaming not working

    So I like to stream everyone now and then with my best friend since he's always such a fun guy, I always get the best clips outta my streams while we joke or yell around. A week ago, I tried to set up another stream and got it rolling, except I did not see the option to include party audio. I checked everywhere online, went to online privacy and all that and made sure it was all turned on. Still doesn't work... can someone help me? Really wanna get back to finding funny clips to send to our other friends.

    Hello,

    I bought a serie X Controller that I received on the 5th of February this year.

    After less than 2 month I had to send it back because presses on RB were not consistent.
    I believe it was a mechanical issue because the sound was different (lower tone) than LB. Moreover the touch also felt different between RB and LB.

    I received my replacement controller on the 13th of April. I today I have the same issue. 2 months again!!!
    Same button (RB), same sound (lower tone), same feel (a bit harder than LB)...

    Is there other people experiencing the same issue?

    I am asking because I am wondering if I request a replacement or a refund of my purchase.
