After getting scammed over 10 years ago with the wrong Halo Reach bundle, I finally got today the one I always wanted :)
What am I doing wrong???

Xbox heating problems
So glad I bought this launch xbox 360. But it had one slight problem. It gave me a rrod with the code 0102 witch apparently because of slider. After trying it a few times it worked and has the kinect dashboard. Can not using a console cause a temporary rrod?

Xbox 360 games that benefit from install?

Ive not noticed really any games that benefit from a install from disc for any faster loading times and such. Are there any that have a noticeable benefit? I know that sonic 06 actually loads slower if you install from the disc, but are there any games that this would improve upon? I think of all the 360 games I have sonic generations is the newest but any games that would be worth putting in? I can provide a list later if need be.

Also looking for a specific 360 launch game that was apart of the arcade. I dont remember the name, all i remember is it was kind of like a old style arcade game with 3d graphics, top down perspective, and you drive a tank on a beach, but if the tank dies you continue on foot shooting things.

I have 2 xboxs. 1 slim 1 fat. What I'm finding strange is the fat stays cooler than the slim. Both have been cleaned and had the thermal paste replaced

Disc Drive Issues.

I've purchased an Xbox 360 Pro with a broken disc drive for refurbishment. The drive won't open automatically but it opens manually. But if I leave it open and start it up if closes no problem. What would be some of the causes for that to happen? It's overall pretty clean inside. I could probably figure it out myself but I would like some other things to look for.

Edit: Its the casing for the drive. Help?

Hello guys, i have a question about THIS game.

So after installing SC V the disc spins a little bit and then it stops (like all XGD3 games). The problem is whenever i'm back to the Main menu the disc starts to spin and it won't stop

For example if I go into arcade mode and then go back to the menu for the character creation screen. Same thing happens if I do it the other way around

Is this normal?

Is it possible to back up your DLC purchases?

I own Fight Night Round 4 and all the DLCs from years back. One of my friends just got a used copy and noticed a bunch of features were missing from his version, which I remembered were added in a free content update patch. Unfortunately for him he cannot get the update as the game is evidently not supported anymore. This sucks for him, but what has me worried is the fact that he discovered you cannot purchase the DLC content anymore. I double checked and found that the Fight Night Store is no longer online.

My 360 has begun to run pretty loud over the past year, and has even red ring shut down a couple times on hot days. I'm know how I can back up my save games and created boxers, but is there a way to backup my DLC downloads and the patch updates? My fear is if my system fails I'll lose the no longer available DLCs and will never be able to download them again.

I suppose a secondary question as well, is there a place you can get past updates for no longer supported games? That is could I get the patch updates manually for a game and then put them on a thumb drive?

How do I connect my 360 controller using a wire?

So my Xbox 360 still works but the front is missing, so i need my controller to turn it on. but the controller doesn't connect, and I can't connect with because the front layer is off. Is there a way to plug it in with a wire? If so, what kind of plug does it need and where do I plug it in?

So I'm trying to download cod waw already 3 times it just won't download it said it was a corrupt file so I deleted it and tried again and still nothing the worst part is I'm on mobile data so it isn't ideal that I have to download a 6 gb game 3 times

Its a bit of a fixer upper tho. Already dusted thing out and cleaned it up the best I could. Needs a new dvd drive cover ($7). Needs a new bottom shroud ($4). Gotta get a power supply ($20). Dont worry its khronos.

HDD may be okay, cant tell until psu arrives. I am going to attempt to find a 120GB EHDD for 20 dollars.
