    Thanks to an excellent tip from u/frolix42, I was able to save 15% off my Xbox Series X order.

    Orders will be given an 'expected delivery date' once submitted, but this date is almost never the actual delivery date as its generated automatically. As soon as the item ships, the order will be updated to 'Delayed: Delivery on DD/MM' with the actual delivery date posted.

    As long as it says 'delayed', which is practically every time, you can simply call customer service, provide your order number, and ask for confirmation of the new date. If it is indeed not the 'expected date' you can ask for a discount and they will give you 15%.

    In 9 minutes on the phone I saved $74.85.

    Bonus tip: Hit up Target for BOGO on video games with the savings

    Problem with New Vegas DLC

    I recently reinstalled my digital copy of New Vegas and the Gun Runners and Old World Blues DLC's, all of which I already owned. Then I decided to buy Dead Money, Lonely Hearts, and Lonesome Road. I downloaded and installed my new DLC's but only Dead Money showed up in game.

    The game manager shows everything installed, but in game only GRA, Old World Blues, and Dead Money show up.

    I tried power cycling the Xbox, signing in and out, and uninstalling and reinstalling everything but still just the 3 DLC's are showing up.

    Xbox support won't let me contact them through their support wizard. Anyone know anything else to try or should I just try to get a refund?

    Right now, game pass ultimate is on sale, but in confused about the price. it is normally $15 a month, but now it's says $1, period. does this mean it's 1 dollar a month, 1 dollar for the first month, or just $1 for the whole thing?

    It does not appear in the store when i search for it from my Xbox. I have to go to the microsoft store page on my phone's browser and send it to my xbox. Once it's downloaded, whenever i try to start it it asks me to check if I really own the game.

    Hi. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this, but I'm going with the idea that I am.

    I bought a game which was GTA San Andreas with a gift card. The game installed and I can't play it. Every time I go to click on the game it says "if you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed in. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Microsoft store"

    I bought it digitally with my account, and I don't own a disc, so I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has this happened to you before?
