Posted: 16 Apr 2021 02:37 PM PDT So ive had my account for a very very long time, and now im trying to split my account off from my parents email, but after talking to support they said they could do it but it would involve giving the account to me, and my parents dont want to do this if they will lose their microsoft account. Is there a way to just move the gamertag and my game progress to a new account without the original email and its logins to be lost? If not, what are the options I have to preserve the account ive had since i was young?
