| Upgrading my dad from his 360 to Series X? Any advice, suggestions, etc welcomed Posted: 13 Mar 2021 04:06 PM PST So a few years back (2014) when I bought my Xbox One I decided to gift my dad my Xbox 360 along with GTA V. Prior to this my Dad's only experience with gaming was through Nintendo/Mario games and even then it was very causal. So as you can expect he was really blown away by the graphics, gameplay and open world setting of GTA V. My dad works long hours at his manual labor job, about 60 hours every week so it was nice seeing him playing GTA whenever he got home from work. Unfortunately his 360 gave out on him apparently months ago and he just barely told me about this. Even though my Xbox One is experiencing issues as well (randomly powers on throughout the day) I want to get my dad a Series X before I get one for myself. What games would you recommend that are similar to GTA? He really enjoys the open world mechanics. (He is not into online gaming btw) I also want to get him a 4K tv so he can enjoy the graphics to the max. Any suggestions for a relatively inexpensive 4K tv? [link] [comments] | ||
