Looking for a Region free console

Hi guys. I'm in the market for an Xbox 360 that can earn achievements and run the PAL version of Devil May Cry HD Collection. I'm a Canadian and from what I read, the power supply is universal across regions for the S and E models. I'm curious what the subreddit's advice is for buying a foreign or region free system. What are the options? What's the best way to purchase a foreign system? If possible, a region free console would be ideal but a PAL system would be great for my use. I'd love to hear your knowledge! Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Xbox 360 HD DVD player keeps ejecting... can anyone help?

Now, I know this is a long shot. HD DVD is a dead format, but does anyone still have this attachment for the Xbox and now how to possibly fix this problem? The HD DVD comes up on the menu, every time I go to press play it just ejects then when I press it again, the tray goes back in, I hear it trying to read it then it does nothing.
