    Here I am looking at the massive backlog of games I need to play due to gamepass and was like oh yeah I have not finished Hellblade yet... go to load it up and BOOM right into where I was maybe a month ago... kinda tripped me out as I was not expecting to be right in the game... still just in awe at how cool the Series X is

    Xbox didn’t send me my refund

    I submitted a refund request for cyberpunk 2077 back in December 10th I went to check the status of the refund 2 days later it said it failed then I get an email saying the refund was completed like 3 days later it says I should get my money in 5 to 7 days 7 days pass and I don't get any thing I call them and they say wait a bit longer so I wait now to the present I called them 2 days ago telling them that the status says complete and that I still haven't got the money they say they sent the money and to contact my bank I call them and they say that they never sent no money back or are send sending my money back what do I do? (They took the game and the money)

    I've done alot of looking all over the net to answer the question but I can't find a definitive answer anywhere. Does the Series X run at higher frame rates if you drop it to 1440p vs 4k? I have a 4k 60hz tv and a 1440p 120hz monitor and personally prefer the monitor on my one x but would consider upgrading to a series x if it would naturally take advantage of the higher hz on the monitor.

    Headset Questions

    Do you need a specific kind of headset that also allows for game audio to come through? The headset that came with our Xbox One X played game audio for like one day and now the option is greyed out entirely. Even on our Series X.

    Aside from that, we're looking for some new headsets that won't hurt our ears during continuous play sessions (I'd say 5 hours max), plays game audio, and has a decent mic that won't fly out the window while playing.

    Currently looking for something in the $30-40 range and wondering if HyperX Cloud Stinger Core is something that might work for us.

    Hi All. I'm trying to buy Oblivion, however I'm having some trouble. First, I could not find the game in the Microsoft Store on my Xbox, there was only Skyrim, Morrowind and ESO.

    After that, I tried buying it from the website. I clicked on "see the price" and it redirected me to another, different looking page, however I did not get the option to buy the game. The strangest thing is, I am able to buy the Shivering Isles DLC.

    My region is South Africa.

    Does anyone have an idea what I can do to fix this?

    Question about modding the series controller

    So I got the robot white controller for Christmas and it made me nostalgic for the original 360 controller. I was thinking about opening it up and replacing the back face buttons with fully colored buttons and (if available) grey sticks and as well as a grey versó that new dpad. Has anyone opened up the controller? Are the buttons and sticks the same as the xbone ones?
