    Got an issue with the white controller, it's brand new, it keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting instantly, I've tried hard restarting the console and updating controller drivers, both haven't helped, anyone else come across this issue? I'm playing on the original Xbox One.

    I was playing on an Alt profile the other day (not smurf, I suck way too bad to have a smurf account) and a guy came on and asked why I was smurfing and told me my other profile name. How was he able to do that?

    i'm not sure if this is a frequent problem, but when i put in Black Ops 2, the spins for 2 seconds then i hear a quiet low pitch beep sound. A while ago, i learned the trick of stopping the disc from going in for a few seconds and that worked for a while, but it won't help now. I've deleted the Blu Ray app, i've done a full shut down, nothing. I also want to add I've kept BO2 in my xbox for about a month, and just yesterday once i restarted my xbox, it started to finally install to my xbox. the game is installed now on my xbox, but when i play it says "Do you own this game?". I just want to play some zombies man, any help?
