    Condemned: Criminal Origins

    "Condemned: Criminal Origins is set in the fictional American city of Metro. The player takes on the role of Ethan Thomas, a crime scene investigation agent with the FBI's Serial Crime Unit, as he traverses the seedier sides of the city. His journey takes him through a number of condemned buildings as he searches for the one who framed him for murder, the evasive Serial Killer X. Along the way, Ethan must use his investigative intuition and technology to examine evidence left behind by SKX, all the while fighting off the violently psychotic denizens of Metro City, who seem to be driven to such madness by a mysterious, yet seemingly extraneous force.

    Condemned: Criminal Origins places an emphasis on melee combat and puzzle solving, including searching for fingerprints and gathering evidence. Upon release, Condemned was met with moderate to good reviews by many aggregates and critics. Many reviewers cited its storyline and lack of progression as the game's biggest fault. As a reprieve, the game's solid controls and fresh approach to the horror genre were praised. A sequel, entitled Condemned 2: Bloodshot, was released in 2008 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Other media forms include an internet prequel and a planned film adaptation to expand the Condemned franchise.     This game holds such a place in my heart as a classic as a true horror game in that in nails its element the way they wanted it. I remember the first time playing it with 3 of my friends back in middle school and we'd all jump from all the jumpscares and crazy homeless people methed out and all that lol. I have beaten the game at least 10 times and the story is great imo. The sequel was messy with the storyline but overall fun as well. Truly wish we get a Condemned 3 but likely not going to happen.

    Xbox One turned on to 640x480 resolution and won't load other options

    For some reason, my Xbox One all of a sudden turned on to a 640x480 display and once I go to the options to change the resolution... the screen darkens and... nothing pops up. I can press B to go back but once I want to open the menu again... back to nothing. How do I fix this?

    If i have a TV with game mode turned on do i also have to turn on the low latency mode on the Xbox itself?

    Couch coop for a 7 yo boy and a 38 yo boy

    Hello all. I have a Series X and have a great 7 yo in my life now. Just looking for some good coop games to play with him. He likes lego games and super hero stuff but he has a Switch so I'm trying to get a game that's not on Switch - just so he doesn't already have it.

    Turtle Beach Headset Adaptor - Game/Voice chat slider isn't making any difference on the Series X. Is this a controller issue or the adapter playing up? Or even a bug?

    I have a turtle beach Headset Adaptor for xbox which plugs into the controller and allows volume and chat/game mixing. It seems like the chat/game mixing part isn't making any difference.

    Normally, if i keep pressing the game audio button repeatedly until it is at maximum I cant hear ANY voice chat. On the flip side if I have it all the way to chat I cant hear game audio.

    Since getting the Series X it seems like the chat mixer part no longer works. Volume/Mute/Audio presets all work fine.

    A game that’s kind of like the movie “for love and monsters” or the game “Horizon Zero Dawn” Meaning a survival/hunting game against large/scary monsters.

    A multiplayer capability would be awesome but it doesn't need to be. Or Ai teamates, but also not a big deal. This might be a long shot request but this community is great for stuff like this. (I'm already planning on buying Evolve)

    No sound from my headset

    Will gamepass ever get mobile style touchscreen controls?

    I think gamepass mobile with touchscreen is a super cool feature and something with immense potential.

    One thing I hate though is how terrible the controls are with a simulated touch screen control. Many times it's clumsy and unnatural.

    What are the odds that gamepass eventually incorporates something more natural for mobile games? Or is that likely too much work?

    Tapping and swiping would feel so much better than using a pretend dpad

    All of a sudden on my Xbox it says it can't support 1440p at 120hz anymore and it also doesn't support hdr or 4K anymore. Anyone know what may have caused this?

    Internet speed

    Hi everybody. I recently got an Xbox one alongside my PlayStation 4. I have been experiencing huge internet speed issues on my Xbox which I did not experience on my PlayStation... which suggests to me I have something set up wrong. After a couple of days of my wireless being terribly slow, I bought an Ethernet cable and connected that but still no difference.

    It stays a solid connection, but every thirty seconds or so in games it will lag for two seconds which makes playing competitive games almost impossible.

    I'm at my wits end with it. Please could somebody advice me on what I could do? Is it an issue with the console?

    Cannot connect to Xbox Live

    I have had Xbox live for about 7 years, and I have recurring billing on; it has never been an issue. I recently got onto my Xbox one and I am apparently not connected to Xbox Live. I have checked my subscriptions and nowhere does it say my gold membership has expired. Please help.
