    All you need to do is activate the card in the Rewards app and purchase/own the game and you'll be credited with 6,000 points.

    I bought an OG Xbox Star Wars game and when I opened it there’s an unused code for a free trial of gold inside. Tried to scratch off the cover and see the code to see what was there but it’s super blurred for some reason lol.

    Does anyone else who preloaded cyberpunk on their Xbox have it listed as installed twice?

    I preloaded it and when I put the disc in today, it said it needed installing... Didn't have a choice to launch it without, even though I had already downloaded the updates (annoying).

    So it installed some stuff from disc and 60gb from the internet and I can play it now. Problem is that it's listed as installed twice (two icons in my games and apps).

    I can launch it from either icon and they're both installed on the internal ssd (Xbox series x).

    I want to uninstall one, but am concerned it's a ui bug and I'll end up having to waste more of my data cap downloading it yet again.

    I can’t play Cyberpunk 2077

    I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 a few months back. I have it downloaded and updated and everything, but when I go to play the game, it says I need to own the game to play it. I do not want to buy the game twice to play it, this seems like a rip off. Please help.

    Xbox Series S problems while setting up the console

    Just received my Series S. I try to setup the console. It is in the update process. The console tries to do an update of 829 MB but stucks at 0% like forever. At the same time it says "continue the setup on your mobile device" however even though I went through the whole setup process via the Xbox App my console is not connected with the app. Therefore I cannot do anything. Anyone who can help?

    Let me know if you guys are running into same issue, game is fun so far, however I prefer to run it on quality 4k 30 fps. I shouldve bought it on steam for my rtx 2070 s laptop, but wanted to test new xbox series x hardware.

    And find me extremely positively suprised Microsoft didn't put up a fight like usul not even a manual review. I received an email not even a minute later my refund was granted. I already have the $59.99 back in my Xbox account.

    Pretty damn smooth! Did Microsoft change their policy?

    I'm thinking of buying an Xbox Series S, can you answer a few of my questions that I have about the console, please.

    Does it have a browser and if so can it run videos because I usually watch my Wrestling on my Console.

    Second. is the storage enough, how many games can it store?

    Third. Does the Xbox store have sales like the PlayStation store because I haven't had an Xbox before.

    Switching from PS4 to either Xbox One X or Xbox Series X - Advice!

    Hi all :)

    First post here. I recently decided to switch from my old first release PS4 to an Xbox (hopefully some bonus credit on here for that alone lol) I'm just not sure which is the best option for me. I should say my TV isn't anything special, 43" 4K HD Samsung (not QLED or whatever lol) and I'm not a serious gamer.

    So is it worth waiting a little bit until I can get an Xbox Series X for £450 or save some money and get the Xbox One X for less than £200. Right now I'm leaning towards the former just because it's next gen, but will await advice from some "experts" 🤪

    Wolfenstein Youngblood PC (Xbox App) refusing to open

    Title explains it all, I got wolfenstein from the Xbox app on PC (came with game pass) however when going to open wolfenstein the exe will pop up briefly in task manager and then kill itself.. I've already tried reinstalling the game an had no change, my hardware is definitely capable of handling the game I don't understand why it's refusing to open..

    Ryzen 7 3750H Nvidia 1660ti 32gb ram

    Edit: if someone can point me in the direction on where Xbox hides their EXE that would be great, (so I can skip all the troubleshooting an just play the game yk)

    Question about next gen backwards compatibility

    I'm considering buying Cyberpunk but I also plan to buy a series X as soon as possible as well. So I'm wondering if I buy a digital copy of cyberpunk will I be able to play it on next gen without needing to buy the game a second time?

    If I buy gamepass will I lose my xbox live gold?

    Last year I got xbox gamepass for 6 months, when I entered the code my xbox forced me to convert it into 7 mo this of gamepass ultimate, I assumed after the 7 months was up then I would still have my xbox live gold but just loose all the gamepass stuff, instead it took my xbox live gold with it, I want to buy gamepass again but I am afraid this will happen again, does Microsoft still do this or have I done something wrong?
