    Waited for 1-2 Months for an exchange controller, then I find out that the left bumper is now defective, can’t wait for a late response from Microsoft and then wait 1-2 more months! Looks like I’m playing with no audio for a while!

    I've been getting pretty bored with all the games I have lately. I beat their story mode at least twice. I'm looking for an open world game that will occupy my time till halo infinite releases. I'm looking for a game with a good story and that is worth replaying. Any recommendations?

    "Microsoft Rewards" not counting achievements

    "Rewards Weekly Set" and "Achieve more. Earn more." not counting achievements in games.

    I am on my 22 Week Streak in Rewards. One of the things to complete for this week was to earn 3 achievements in any game. I have earned 4 last night, but it still shows 0/3. Also, the "Achieve more. Earn more." item where you get any achievement in any game and earn 50 points did not register my earning any of the 4 achievements, either. That one frequently does that, though.

    The achievements were 2 in Farming Simulator 17, one for "Peak Profits" and the other "All That Glitters...". Then I got one in Minecraft which was "Have a Shearful Day". And then I earned one in Ace Combat 7 called "Stonehenge Back on Track". If I don't receive credit for these, I lose my 22 week streak. I do not want this to happen.

    I've tried using that website at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/cf50b787-a987-a7ff-133c-6c4e3f638013, but the damned thing keeps saying "We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later" every time I try to submit it. Been doing that since last night. I've never had a problem with getting my achievements to count before. I don't want to lose my streak. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? I mean besides tagging Major Nelson which I doubt would do any good.

    EDIT: Just noticed it didn't count the Ace Combat achievement in the Weekly Quest in Game Pass, too. I wonder what's going on?
