The game is fun and we often go on some pretty funny tangents. The controls make it challenging but not impossible. | Unable to save backwards compatible game Posted: 03 Jul 2020 10:39 PM PDT I know there have been posts on this topic, but I'm still at a loss. Bought Dragon Age 2 today and installed it on my XBox One. Guy at GameStop said I'd need to be connected to the Internet in order to play, which I said was fine. Well, I successfully downloaded the game, am connected to the internet, can play the game, but can't save it. There aren't any error messages, but the "save game" and "load game" options on the in-game menu are greyed out. So I guess my question is do I somehow need to be connected separately to Xbox Live to save? Is that different than just being on the Internet? I'm assuming cloud saves are automatically enabled on my machine, but I can't tell as there's no "enable cloud saves" option in the storage section of the settings menu. Do I need Gold membership for some reason to save my game? I'll try uninstalling as a last resort, but would really like to avoid losing my last two and a half hours of gameplay...Thanks in advance for the help! [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 03 Jul 2020 08:27 AM PDT Okay, I bought myself an Xbox a week ago. I have a PS4 but I moved to Ireland from Croatia and I couldn't change the store to Irelands one. So I bought me self an Xbox because it was my desire. I love Forza and backwards compatibility. As soon as I started setting it up, I've seen that my account was assigned to Croatia, and I thought:"Eh, no worries, it will work." It didn't work with Xbox360 games. I managed to get Saints Row 2, but I wanted to get Skate 3. After 3 days of trying I requested a call from Xbox. The assistant that called me is named Bob. We were on the phone for 37 minutes, and he tried everything just so I can have best experience using my Xbox. He fixed the storefront for me, and migrated my account. Even though my English is not the best he fixed everything and explained it to me, remained polite and understandable. I got Skate 3 now thanks to him. Thank you Bob, don't know if you use reddit, but I had a really pleasant experience talking to you, just keep it up, you're great mate! I hope everyone had great experience like this. I want to change my dad's email and swap it with my personal email ID. How do i do this? | Posted: 03 Jul 2020 09:55 PM PDT Recently got a new Headset, Audio worked out of both sides for a week. Now it's only coming out of the right side (Mic side). I've tested Two Controllers & Two Headsets and same sound issue on both. When I plug the Headsets into my Phone both sides work again. So it seems to be an Xbox issue from what I'm understanding. Unless, for some strange reason both Controller Audio Jacks stopped working correctly at the same time. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? [link] [comments] | ||

However, when I am using headphones (audio jack through the controller), my captures are messed up. They are only 7 seconds long and lack audio. I tried to look it up but had no luck. Any ideas? | Owners/users of ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER Posted: 03 Jul 2020 09:01 AM PDT Hey guys, Just recently picked up Elite Series 2 Controller. I know there are threads on this topic already, but they all are archived and comments are closed, and I have some new questions about the product. What do you guys use for Thumb-stick Tension and curvature (sensitivity). Right now, I am using true diagonals as my calculation (still don't understand this). I understand the overall the differences but would like to know in laymen's terms what the different options mean in terms of calculating. Additional Questions: All of the videos I have found on the internet are reviews and some of them explain the very basic features covering the differences between the 1st Gen and 2nd Gen, and also the optional changes I mentioned above, but no one could really explain what the differences were and how it effects gameplay. Learned more from comments posted on threads of this very topic than the actual reviews themselves. I play Division, but feel free to explain differences you would choose based on the different games you would play. The only thing that really makes the most sense is if you were doing a racing game, you would want SMOOTH option for steering vehicle because not only do you want to be able to make turns as aggressive or instant (think of a NASCAR racetrack), but you don't need to turn INSTANTLY (unless of course it's a 90 Angle)... | Posted: 04 Jul 2020 01:01 AM PDT i brought a controller about a week ago and the a button was getting stuck inside but i always managed to get it out after fiddling with it. my older brother had a go on my xbox and he pressed the a button in way to hard i think and now it wont move, it does not want to come out. i thought about putting rubbing alcohol and cotton wool on it but i wasnt to sure. it would help if someone could tell me what to do. remember it wont come out and its been about 2 days.
