    My xbox one is 7 years old it's the xbox one original and it has been having multiple issues over the last 3 days. As of right now I cannot play games without them freezing leading to the xbox crashing. ATM I can't even get in to my profile on the xbox anymore. I don't have warranty it's 7 years old can I get it fixed anywhere or is it time for a new console. All outside options have been called such as best buy and gamestop they can't help.

    Xbox Help

    yesterday whenever i power on my xbox it stays on the green powerup screen and i've tried EVERYTHING to fix it, hard reset, unplugged every single wire then plugged it back in, tried doing a factory reset but it wouldn't show the menu. you name it i did it, but but now i tried today and factory resets don't even work the console just keeps shutting off right before the factory reset screen has a chance to show up

    It works fine on Xbox and on discord, but then I get on Xbox app on my phone or PC and it immediately is a lot quieter. This has happened with every mic I owned for a few years now. I need a fix.

    Trouble authenticating xbox live

    i bought xbox gold for 3 months a few weeks ago and im having some trouble, i can get into games such as MW fine but when i try overwatch and fortnight i get a message saying its having troubles authenticating xbox live, ive been on xbox support but can't find anything on how to fix it, does anyone know how to help me?

    Destroy all humans backwards

    So I just finished the remake of DAH, and I want to play the sequel. Only issue is the sequel isn't on backwards. I'm like 99% I bought the sequel years ago, because my memory of the game is fresh. I look through my hard drive, and the store, and there's nothing there. Wasn't the sequel on xbone, or am I losing my mind?

    Help! Mobile app keeps crashing.

    I'm currently using a Galaxy S10+. Within the past few days, my mobile app will crash any time I try to look at a game or other material on the app itself.

    It's the most recent version of the app. I uninstalled and even did a force stop and a manual hard phone reset and nothing is fixing the issue.

    when I press the Xbox button my controller, and want to select something else to play/use the highlight color thing moves two spaces instead of one. It is really hard to select the game/app I want to use. Please help solve this issue. thanks! :)

    Xbox one refuses to turn off

    When I try to turn off my Xbox, the power light refuses to stop blinking, sometimes after 5 or so minutes, it turns off, other times I leave it for a hour and it still refuses to turn off, last time I checked, the console was not hot, the area around the fan was only slightly warm. Why does my xbox one keep refusing to turn off?

    Battlefield game set in WW2 that has the atmosphere of BF1 (BFV doesn't count)

    New NCAA Football game
