| External harddrive no longer being detected. Posted: 30 Mar 2020 01:45 PM PDT My Seagate 5TB external harddrive has suddenly stopped appearing on my Xbox, it was working fine earlier in the day. I tried plugging it into my PC to see if it could detect it, it shows up but shortly after disconnects by itself. The light still works in it and it sounds the same when it starts up. My Xbox is able to read DVD's and Blu-Ray movies just fine no issue what so ever. But when I put in a game disc(any of my multiple games) I met with "Eject disc, the try again" "Make sure you are using an Xbox game, a music CD or a movie on Blu-Ray or DVD" I've tried pretty much every I can think of to solve this. I reset my Xbox, cleaned my discs till I could eat food off of them, hard reset, took my Xbox apart cleaned out all the dust within and cleaned the disc player from within as well. I've tried as much as I could but no matter what my Xbox just wont read game discs anymore. Can anyone help me? Edit: I have tried the trick to tilt the Xbox up to let the game disc slide in better but that doesn't work much at all for me [link] [comments] | ||

Do you think Xbox will bring out more single player story based first party games in the future or will they stick to multiplayer-games as a service type of games? Considering everything will release on Game Pass too. And no, I don't expect them to release games just like Sony does, but something bigger, not like Bleeding Edge or Sea Of Thieves. | Trying to get external to work on xbox one. Posted: 30 Mar 2020 03:47 PM PDT I followed all of the instructions. I formatted to NTFS, have a 3.0 usb capable external (with 2tb space available). I have a partition on the newly formatted drive. The xbox simply will not pick it up. I tried both quick and slow formatting. Any ideas here? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 30 Mar 2020 03:03 PM PDT sorry if it's a dumb question, i'm a technophobe. is there a type of cable for a wireless turtle beach headset that allows audio for the game and for party chat? a regular cable only gives me sound for the game and doesn't allow me to use my mic either. this headset is so shite and cuts out every couple of minutes which is really ideal so heads up if anyone is considering buying them like my dumbass✌🏻 thaaaanks [link] [comments] | ||
