    Why can we restart the console in this menu, but not do a "Full Shutdown"? I can't be the only one wanting a full shutdown much more often than a restart, right?

    My mate tried changing the thermal paste on his Xbox as I e recently done mine to stop it overheating as much. But he slipped on the X bracket. Anyone know what he's damaged can't find the schematics for the XBOX1 anywhere. I can replace the bits just need to know what they are �� Xbox still works

    I work at a school and I heard a story today from one of my students. He was sad as his younger brother broke his Xbox on Christmas.

    I asked him how, and he explained that he was given the Xbox Brand Shower gel, available in Australia, and his younger brother thought it was for the Xbox and squirted it in through the vents.

    I feel dumb because I never thought that could happen but after hearing it, it feels like it would be a really common thing!

    Hello all, I was setting up my Xbox yesterday as I had just gotten back from a trip and when I plugged in my hard drive it won't connect. I have done everything in the trouble shooting guide, and have no idea what to do now. I really need some help thnx in advance.

    I went to factory reset as recommended and now it won't go past the loading screen without an error it's officially broken.

    Random games added into selection?

    Hey. So I'm new to the Xbox one scene. I just recently bought the game pass and downloaded some games. However, I just turned my Xbox on and noticed multiple games on here I've never bought nor downloaded. My gf said she didn't download them either and they aren't even purchased on any of our accounts. I know some of them are on the game pass but I don't know. Layers of fear, the culling origins, dead island and riptide, 7 days to die, ori, and outlast. I never got a notification about someone logging into my account. So I'm confused.

    Just gave away my Xbox one to my brother and I am in need of one. I'm thinking going all out for the Xbox one X but it feels foolish because the new Xbox is coming out. I don't know how long I should wait but if I were to buy in the next couple of weeks should I get an Xbox one S or X? I'm buying the new Xbox series X when it comes out so what should I do?

    I don't play video games as much but I want to experience 1080p 60fps gaming. I mainly use my Xbox for home theatre.

    How prominent is error 102 & 105

    I'm thinking about getting an Xbox one X. But I started reading through search about these two errors 102 and 105. Something related to HDD drive. How often have you guys read about or experienced this issue? Has there been any HDD update on recent revisions of the console? Can I get it exchange within warranty at a Microsoft store for a brand new console? I don't plan on upgrading for next gen 1 year n half to 2 years.
