    I own a PS4 but I'm highly considering picking up an Xbox next gen. After all of the research I have done, I just wanted to give a heads up to Xbox players who were thinking of crossing over to Playstation.

    • Game Pass has much better content than PS Now
    • Games With Gold offers twice as many monthly games as PS+
    • Microsoft doesn't censor content as heavily as Sony
    • Sony doesn't refund games once downloaded (even if they don't work); Microsoft refunds games even after playing them for a short time
    • Xbox's UI and apps run much more smoothly than PlayStation's -Microsoft owns more studios than Sony, providing more exclusive future games/content

    While the beginning of this generation, arguably, wasn't that great for Xbox, they've worked hard at restoring and improving their brand. Save for several good first party games, Sony have mostly been resting on their laurels. If both companies continue on in this fashion, Xbox could see a much better next gen. I dare Microsoft to mic drop Sony the way Sony did to them (better price, specs, policies, etc) ;)

    everytime there's always an echo in party chat, ps4 has this option and there is never an echo there.

    Having Issues

    I have an Xbox One S, not too old, yet I keep having major problems with it. Every once in a while it won't open a game (like NBA 2k20) and tell me I need to uninstall and reinstall. However, with another game (COD MW), it will let me open the game, but says I need to reinstall all of my DLC packs; which I obviously never have uninstalled. It even still says they're installed under the manage game tab. This is obviously very annoying because I have to reinstall my huge games every time I wanna play. Anyone know why/how to fix it?

    For starters, no, I'm not that guy who shows up in game playing music so loud you almost lose an eardrum before muting them.

    I've recently started playing DayZ which runs off of proximity chat, but has several cities and towns where you can power up a PA system to send broadcasts throughout the area.

    I'd like to set up a character as a DJ and periodically play some music over different PA systems, but I'm hoping there's an option that would provide a higher quality audio experience than simply putting the headset mic up to a speaker.

    Would hooking the media player up to the Xbox controller's headset port with an aux cord work? Or would I need something like the adapter you'd use to plug a PC headset with 2 plugs into a single port?

    Turn on the console, black screen

    For the past two days, whenever I have turned my xbox on, it turns on as normal. It stays in the green loading screen for around 4-6 minutes, and then the screen turns black. It is an original xbox one. Can anybody help me?

    I'm playing LEGO Star Wars TCS on my Xbox One. Obviously, it's an Xbox 360 game. It's saying I don't have an account so I can't save any progress. I have a gold Live membership through my Xbox one. How can I make this work on 360 games that I buy on the market?

    Microphone isn’t working

    Hi, so over the last couple days my mic hasn't been working at all. When am in the game lobby for call of duty it is not picking up that I've a mic inserted.

    However, I can hear all the game volume through the headset but I cannot hear other players. A couple days ago my mic was working perfect with no issues.

    Anybody know a reason why this is happening?

    It won't let me delete some messages and it won't let me see new messages. I've tried restarting twice and it never worked. This is probably the 50th time I experienced this, what's Microsoft doing?
