    I was an Xbox rep. This was year 2 of Xbox’s original launch. This event didn’t even happen and got cancelled. Only sent to about 30< reps. Maybe the only one left in existence. Who knows.

    Xbox one x not reading disk getting a strange error message.

    Hi i'm trying to play a game from a disk but it keeps telling me "looks like you need to renew xbox game pass, if your subscription try quitting and relaunching the game. If you tried to launch the game from a disk, check the-it might be dirty or damaged (0x803f800e)" i have an Xbox one x and i already tried a soft reset but it didn't work. Also i believe this all started while i was watching a 4K Bluray because the film froze and after that the disk drive seems to have stopped working. Please help.

    E100 System Error While Updating Xbox One X

    While updating my Xbox One X, it gets to 53% and then I get a "Something went wrong" screen with an E100 system error. I've tried restarting it and factory resetting it, but as soon as it comes back on it goes right to the updating screen at 53%, no start up screen or anything. After about a minute on the screen, it goes back to the error screen. Any ideas?

    If the only solution is the offline update with a PC and flash drive, does anyone know if I can bring it to Best Buy or something and have them do it? I don't have access to a PC

    Can’t make Home Xbox

    I just purchased a new Console and every time I try to Make this Xbox my home one so I can play games, every time I hit the button it says "Unable to save changes, we are unable to connect to this service at the moment". Is there a way to fix this or is Xbox down?

    Xbox isn’t acknowledging my dlc after update?

    After the console update this morning, any game I try to play takes a few minutes of "getting your game ready" only for me to finally get into the game and have it say that my dlc isn't installed, it's happen for 3 different games I've tried so far, Tekken 7, Monster Hunter world: iceborne and Naruto Ninja storm 4.

    Am I going to have to reinstall it all?

    Formatting External Hard Drive

    I recently purchased a 2tb hard drive, and it's giving me some issues. It does register on the console as a hard drive, and allows me to format it for games and apps, but once I begin formatting, nothing happens. I left it running overnight, have hard reset the console several times, and nothing seems to work. Aside from this, during the formatting, none of my games and apps work, giving me an error stating that they "took too long to start." Any help?

    I see a lot of people who claim there are no local multiplayer games this generation - in actuality, it's actually just the opposite, there's more than ever now! Literally thousands thanks to the surge of indie games. A lot of these games have fallen under the radar however, so after playing 200+ local multiplayer games this generation, I wanted to make a list of my favorites. I hope this list gives you some ideas on what local multiplayer games to play.     Greetings Xbox One community!

    So I'm having a problem with my brand new Xbox One X system and from searching here, it appears to be kind of a lottery if you happen to be unlucky and get a garbage fan like this one. Basically, the fan kind of has a buzzing/rattling sound to it. I have seen some compare it to a diesel engine idle which fits quite aptly. Check out these audio clips I made. These were taken within mere inches of the system and moved around a little but is still audible many feet away:

    I'm sure you heard when turning it on in the first clip the quandary I find myself in: this is the Eclipse silver limited edition I won from Taco Bell and finally got around to setting up. So while normally one's instinct would be to just go exchange it at the store it was bought it from, I literally can't. And I'm apprehensive about Microsoft's warranty service. Would they actually repair this system (as it clearly only needs a new fan) or would they be lazy and just send me a regular black Xbox One X in return? With less than 6000 of these Eclipse Silver models made for the contest, they wouldn't have a replacement. And I really like the silver fade look to this system.

    So what should I do? I'm sure you will agree that this sound is unacceptable and it would certainly be distracting when watching a quiet movie. Other than that it works fine. How have other people fared with warranty service on a limited edition? Do they actually repair the *exact* system you sent in? Or should I not gamble with it and just get a new fan off ebay or something and fix it myself?

    Ive tried too play a couple games but it seems as if they were all reset as in GTA online i have too create a new character and forza i have too configure the settings again any idea on why this happened
