| "A D D M E I'M A GIRL" catfishing posts all over the Xbox Network Posted: 18 Feb 2022 07:18 AM PST I get shown in my Xbox's home literally everytime I turn it on posts of dudes uploading their GTA Online female character picture with the caption "a d d me I'm a girl". Their accounts have a girl pfp, hundreds of thousands of followers, 0 friends and weirdly actually high gamerscore. What is the deal with this? I'm pretty sure they're dudes just because a real girl wouldn't just spam all over the network "a d d me I'm a girl". I'm reporting them everytime I see them for "self promotion". Does Xbox actually take these accounts down? Is it against the community guidelines to straight up catfish like that? [link] [comments] | ||

| Need help with xbox pc gamepass downloads on a restored laptop Posted: 18 Feb 2022 07:24 AM PST So I recently factory reset my laptop as it was running very slow. Before I reset it I copied afew games from the internal ssd to an external as a back up. Problem I am having is when I copy the files back to my internal ssd nothing is working, and Windows won't give me access to the Windowsapps folder. Is there anyway to get these gamepass games back working without having to download them all over again? TIA [link] [comments] | ||

Can I use the same thermal paste for all the parts that need it? | Xbox original games online multiplayer on xbox 360 Posted: 18 Feb 2022 08:42 AM PST I have some xbox original games on my xbox 360, some downloaded, others i have physical. For a reason though I cant play online multiplayer on none of them even though i am signed in my xbox 360. Everytime i am heading over to sign in on my profile on those games i get a message that my console cant connect to xbox live and i have to troubleshoot and test connection and if i do that then it shows its fine. What seems to be the problem with those original xbox games? Are they really old games and have closed servers or I cant play online multiplayer because I am on my xbox 360 and i should play them on an original xbox? [link] [comments] | ||

Controller itself works fine but it doesn't vibrate while playing games. I checked my controller's vibration on gamepad testing website, it vibrates perfectly. | My boyfriend's new Xbox won't let him sign into his old account Posted: 18 Feb 2022 07:37 AM PST My boyfriend went from having an Xbox One to the new series X. He tried putting in his email/gamertag and password, but the password was wrong so he made a new one, and it ended up forcing him to create a new account entirely instead of accessing the old one. He had a lot of his Assassins Creed games saved on a hard drive, but it won't let him access it on the new account. We don't want to spend several hundred dollars again rebuying them. He's (understandably) very frustrated with Xbox and is getting annoyed with trying to fix everything so I'm here on his behalf. I tried doing the Xbox help link on the website but my issues aren't worth a chat or phone call apparently.
