So I have a unofficial/bootleg capture card I can record audio and video on my switch and other consoles perfectly fine but when I start recording for the Xbox 360 none of the audio plays but the video comes out perfectly fine when I start the console the Xbox intro play and the audio is being recorded alongside the video perfectly fine but then afterwards I hear a glitch sound on the home menu that cuts out all audio while the video is still working the HDMI output to the TV plays audio perfectly fine but when it comes to my laptop it doesn't record any audio being being played from the Xbox 360 anybody have a solution?

They were soooo excited to play some of the Kinect games we found cheap. We set it up, all seemed fine, and it immediately picked up only me and barely them. Boxing was a non-starter. It was terrible to watch their enthusiasm just fade and fade and them ask to do something else.

What in the world am I doing so wrong with this that it can't pick up us both?
