    Hi,

    I ordered some games from CEX, and one of them has turned out to be a promotional disc... i've read that these are just copies of the games that are sent for (unsurprisingly) promotion. However, are they the full game? Am I just getting a shitty copy of the game that they actually released?

    Looking for a relaxing, low-stress exploration-type game -- suggestions?

    The most succinct description for my request is Minecraft, but with modern graphics for the sake of immersion.

    Genre doesn't matter - could be exploring fantasy, space, contemporary, etc. It doesn't need to involve building or collecting - just finding new things and places at a minimum. It can be single or multiplayer.

    I was thinking a game like No Man's Sky fits this bill, but I was wondering if you can play it in a way that it's low stress - you're not constantly struggling to survive or dying regularly if you're inattentive.

    Other game suggestions are most welcome!

    Good time to upgrade to Series S?

    I still game on the original 'fat' Xbox One with the power brick and glossy finish. I have a 1080p samsung tv but I intend to upgrade to a 4K tv in mid-2022 (finally) and I figured I'd upgrade to a Series S (Series X out of stock in country).

    Would it make sense to upgrade now or in a month to Series S? I play all my games digitally by the way. Also I intend to play Cyberpunk 2077 and from what I heard it runs much better and looks better on Series S right ?

    or Should I wait for Series X to be in stock at $500 MSRP ?

    Series S owners with 4k tvs, does the 1440p to 4k upscaling look bad? or similar to 4K native ? Anyone played games like Cyberpunk 2077 on Series S? does it run relatively well?

    Not sure if I'm overreacting but my xbox wont make the sound when it's turning on or off nor when ejecting disk. It still works it's just those que sounds won't work. Anyone know what's going on?

    I need help cancelling a locked account and there is no way to get any help from xbox! They advertise phone hours but there is no number. They advertise online support hours but there is no online support. No email. Nothing. How do you get help from xbox if your problem doesn't fit neatly into one of their little troubleshooting explanations????

    I assumed it would send a verification email to the email thats linked with the Microsoft account but nothing was sent.

    Xbox series X controller not working on phone.

    Hi, I have managed to connect my Xbox series X controller to my phone with no problem. My phone is telling me it is connected and the controller is lit up solid white.

    But whenever I try to play any game on controller, it is as if the controller is not connected. There is no input, but the controller is still connected. Any fix help would be appreciated, thanks! :)

    Can I Play Non XS Versions Of Games?

    I don't care at all for the overhyped X/S enhancements. I was able to play Rainbow 6 on an old Xbox one no problem, now I can't play it anymore because there's only a single TB internally and it forces me to download the X/S version. And no I don't want to buy their 500 dollar usb particularly. Can I download the non X/S version of rainbow 6 and just play it off an external drive like before? Why have they made this so needlessly annoying?
