    Helpful technique to snag a Series x

    I learned about this technique a couple weeks ago and it worked extremely well for me, in terms of finally being able to get a Series X. All you really need to do is follow these steps. Keep in mind that Microsoft releases these consoles each Thursday at 6pm EST. -Be logged into the Microsoft buy page at 6 pm sharp, with all payment details already entered on your account. Keep a card handy as well in case you need to confirm the security code. -Refresh page constantly. -Eventually, probably within 10 minutes, you will see they are back in stock. Be quick. Finalize the order as soon as you possibly can. -If you don't get it or it says sold out, keep refreshing. Stick with it. They will keep coming in stock over the next 30 minutes, and you will have a few chances to get it. -It will be tedious and perhaps frustrating. Just stick with it. Keep refreshing the page. And again be sure to be logged into your profile with your payment info entered.

    This worked for me. I got 2 last Thursday, one for my friend and one for me. Good luck!

    I'm looking to collect some classics that preferably are back compatible but are not available to buy digitally for Xbox one. So far I've got:

    Driver: San Francisco. One of the absolute best for something every game should strive to do: combine story and gameplay, have one inform the other. You're a detective in a coma dream, and you can jump into the body of anyone driving a car. At one point there's a section where you're driving one car while seeing out of another. The follow car has crazy physics and glitching it out is one of my favorite things! I think it was delisted because of licensing for the cars.

    Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time. I guess it was delisted in anticipation of the remake, which last I heard was delayed indefinitely. This was a favorite of mine as a kid. Now I'd say you ought to play it for the historical value. It feels like an ancestor of Arkham style combat. And fun fact, Assassin's Creed began as a spin-off of Prince of Persia.

    Any other good ones? I was thinking about the delisted telltale games, if they're good. Or the left 4 dead games, I don't know why but you can't buy them on Xbox one.

    Anyone unable to join a party right now?

    I'm on the Series X and just got online. I tried joining a party a few times, but it kept booting me instantly. I have received an error code, 0x89231048, some of the times it's booted me. I'm hard wired, and this is the first time since going to Ethernet that I've had this issue. My NAT type was moderate when I got on, but I reset my console and my router. I tested my NAT type again and it was set to open.

    Gamepass across different profiles/xboxes

    Hey team - wondering if it's possible to use a gamepass subscription across multiple xboxes/profiles?

    I put my old Xbox One S in another room after upgrading to an X. My partner would love to go back and play Oblivion which I noticed is on Gamepass currently.

    If she logs into the One S under her profile, can she access my Gamepass sub at all? If so, do I have to do anything special to set this up?

    Gaming chair, recommendations.

    So, I dunno if this is allowed but I'm tired of spending almost $200 for a gaming chair just to have it break 6-7 months later.

    I have bought two of the respawn gaming chairs with collapsible foot rest. And I barely use that as I don't like the feeling of it being so fragile.

    The thing that always breaks is the springs that holds the back in a licked position. It slips out of lock and I start falling backwards.

    Can any one recommend a sturdy gaming chair that doesn't break easy or feel like I'm sitting at a cubicle all day?

    If I have the 360 version of a game, will it run on Xbox One or do you need to re-buy it?

    I still have an Xbox 360, but thinking about getting a cheap Xbox One S. I have the 360 version of Destiny 1, and I know they had version for both systems at the time. Will the 360 version run, or will I have to re-buy it? I do realize there is a list of backwards compatibility, but I'm not sure how it works if there were both 360/One version of the same game.
