    Xbox screen is black - I’ve reset about 3 times and did 2 hard resets. Only 1 menu comes up when I hold Xbox button and screen turns grey when I press the home button. What can I do?

    Hi

    I recently pre ordered Battlefield 2042 on my Xbox one, however in between now and then I recieved an Xbox Series S as a birthday present. My question is, do you know if it is possible to switch to the Xbox Series S/X Enhanced version? I have tried purchasing the Xbox Series S/X version as I was unaware that I would be getting a Series S/X, so I had plans on rocking it on my old Xbox, however when I attempt to fork out another £65, it simply tells me I already own this.

    Wanting to record

    Looking to begin recording gameplay for YouTube via my Xbox Series X. I'm fairly certain I know how to record gameplay via capture card but I also wanna be able to record party chat and game audio too and was wondering if you guys had any tips?

    If you guys have any recommendations for capture cards, audio recording equipment/methods and even video editing software all recommendations and advice are welcome.

    Is Game Pass worth it if I already have gold?

    So I already had a free trial of game pass and xbox live and I was wondering if its worth getting game pass when I already have gold. Do they stack up if I buy game pass and will they stack up everytime I buy game pass with gold?

    Want to try Xbox cloud but the Xbox app on windows 10 tells me that there's no controller connected. I tried with my Switch Pro controller et Stadia Controller. Are one Xbox controller recognised?

    (The PC it self see the controllers and I can play Stadia and GeForce Now with no problem.)

    “We’re having trouble getting your stuff” on vanguard preorder

    So I preordered the cross-gen 69 dollar version. It said you've purchased it and that it's owned but when I look to see it's download it says we're having trouble getting your stuff. The game isn't in my game folder and no money came out of my account...should I try it again or will it probably download in a few hours? Thanks

    Can't sign in to Xbox app on windows 10

    The account that I use for my Xbox is the same one I use to sign into my PC. Every time I hit the sign in button a blank white window opens up, doesn't display anything, closes on its own, and nothing changes, it still says I'm not signed in. I've already tried restarting my PC, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app, and neither solution has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

    It also might be worth noting that when I tried to boot up minecraft for windows 10, I couldn't sign into my microsoft account there either. It gave me an error code called "drowned." Not sure if there's any correlation there.

    gold to GPU conversion

    does the conversion work for Switzerland and if I have already had GPU before and the 1 euro offer already used, or not?
    Was thinking to buy a few 3 months xbox one gold codes and redeem then convert them to GPU.

    Question about gamesharing

    So I just got a new xbox so now me and my brother have our own now and I just tried to play a game offline but it wouldn't let me due to it not being set as my home xbox so I set it as my home xbox but now I'm worried that my brother won't be able to play my games or have access to my gold on his xbox, so my question is will he be able to play my games and use my gold ect?

    Question about my new xbox and old profile .

    So I just bought a new xbox one because my last one pooped out on me , I sign in with my old profile I've had for about 4 years now and none of my add ons are showing up ? It says I have to repurchase them again ? On top of that a few games I bought also isnt showing up ? Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated guys .
