    I've bought a game on Xbox that doesn't work and Microsoft refuse to give me a refund. What are my rights?

    I bought Jackbox Quadpack, and none of the games work. Despite hours of troubleshooting with Microsoft via live chat. After days of relentless effort, I decided to submit a refund request. They stated that cannot get a refund for digital content that has been consumed or used. Apparently I have managed to rack up 12 hours of game play time even though can't get passed the main menu screen. I've only managed to play something like 10 minutes before was booted out. It's been 8 days, and they've denied every single refund request. £50 is a big deal to me.

    I cover my Series X in a pillow case

    My place gets dusty pretty quick and all those holes on the Series X look so dust welcoming, especially the top. Therefore, to keep my paranoia under control, I cover it in a pillow case when it's not being used. I put do a full shutdown instead of keeping it on stand by. Do you think this a good idea to keep the console away from unwanted dust?

    Hi, is there any headsets for the series s/x that mimic the old 360 style headsets where you'd have one ear for voice chat and then able to use your surround sound/tv for the game audio?

    I have an Xbox One X and it's been working fine until today when I turned it on it was just a black screen but I can hear the sounds. I tried different hdmi cables and ports with no luck. Any ideas?

    Mostly just stuff that has me wiggling the stick fast. I'm sorry my hands are slightly too big friends list, you just have random shots of people being grappled in Resident Evil 4 now.

    Orange box team fortress 2 FPS drop

    While me and my friends play team fortress two on the Xbox one while using the orange box Xbox 360 game are experiencing lag problems

    My friend is using disk and the original Xbox one

    I'm using the online purchase of the game and the original Xbox one

    Both of us are having these problems with our FPS when it goes down to 10 FPS and even 3 in some rare cases

    99% of the time we're unable to play because of the FPS

    Anyone know how to fix?

    (It's never done this before and I've been playing on Xbox since 2014, yes I do have tf2 on Steam)

    Xbox One X HDMI Out broken

    My current Xbox One X has apparently decided to have a vacation. I was playing this morning on the TV it is currently connected to (720p LCD in a hotel, I recently moved and don't have my possessions yet, hence the hotel) and had no issues. There was a slight bit of overscan on the image but I related that to the lack of aspect ratio adjustment on the TV.

    I went to the store after playing this morning and returned to a console that will not output at all.

    I have tried using another TV to make sure it's not a port issue, no luck.

    HDMI cable works as it displays the image from my laptop on both TVs used to try and troubleshoot.

    Removed disc and done a display setting reset using the power button and eject button, no image.

    Tried attempting a new HDMI handshake by unplugging both the TV and Xbox, powering on the Xbox and then the TV with no luck.

    Am I missing an issue or troubleshooting technique?

    This console is 2 years old so unfortunately no warranty.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

    Why is my WiFi faster than ethernet? Series X

    Hello, I've had my Series X since January and up until this past month it's been excellent with my CAT6 ethernet cable. Could download updates in minutes, 60gb game in less than an hour.

    Now it's peaking at 10mbps, constantly dipping into kbps, disconnects often. Had to resort to WiFi which is giving me a slightly better 40mbps. Weird thing is I plug the cable into my PC and it's perfectly fine.

    I've tried a different cable, made sure NAT is open, changed MAC, reset my xbox, changed to power saving mode, nothing fixes this. I can see people were having this issue about 7 months ago, but out of all the fixes I find nothing seems to help. I downloaded the Halo Infinite Technical Preview this weekend (18GB) and it took over 8 hours😭
