    Serious question: is there a different Xbox sub I should be on? I am new and I swear to god every post is some sort of question about their console or something being broken. Is there a different sub for discussion about games and news and stuff?

    hooking my 360 up after about 1.5 years of playing my Xbox one I am getting this message trying to log on.
    "Sorry, this profile can not connect to Xbox live". I don't want Xbox live but I do want to get on YouTube, and play games offline. Anything I can do to fix this?

    Just bought an Xbox today. Got home excited to plug it in and get playing. I had one before but sold it years ago so i have games on my account. But I can't download them because xbox is having issues :(

    Anyone else having a problem with their Xbox one?

    So this morning when I woke up I wanted to watch some YouTube, and when I turned on my Xbox, but was having an update, so when it was done it only turned to a black screen.

    I've tried everything I know, and nothing. I also noticed that notifications and stuff still pop up, like when you get on and it greats you with your name. But still a black screen. Anyone else having this problem?

    Xbox Game Pass not working

    Hi I need help,

    The Xbox Game Bar on my PC has completely stopped working, I cant open it or anything, it completely refuse to open.

    When I go to " settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox Game Bar > Advanced options "
    This is all I get:

    So I cant reset, uninstall or repair the app and all the videos online require this to work, what do I do?

    On the Game Pass app, how can I specify the directory to install PC games?

    I just used the app to install 12 minutes, which isn't too large, so it's not an issue, but in general, how do I specify the directory (or even just the drive) to install games to?

    I have a cheap 10$ ps5 headset , when I plug it in it works perfect for party chat but it won't do audio pass through so I can hear my games at the same time , i see there is a headset adapter headphone converter for 20$ at Walmart, would I be best off getting that , would it enable in game audio through the headset ? Or is there any other cheap 15$ headset I can by that'll just do audio pass through anyway

    Getting gamepass on my PC

    So yesterday my brother upgraded his Xbox live gold subscription to game pass ultimate on his account, with the new deal. I gave him the Xbox he used to buy it when i built my PC. It has both of our accounts on it. I tested to see if i would be able to download game pass games on my account on the Xbox, and it let me because I'm 99% sure, that it's my home Xbox. I was wondering how would i be able to get access to the game pass subscription on my PC now..

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Edit: It still says "get game pass" on one of the banners on the Xbox app on my PC, if that matters.

    Is changing name free now?

    So ive had this account for like 8yrs and I randomly wanted to see how much it would cost to change the name considering i havent had xbox in like 4 yrs and I changed the name but it never told me how much it cost or led me to a transaction screen and it changed it. Have I been secretly charged? because i cant find it on the transaction history.

    How many of you kept your One after upgrading

    So as per my previous post I immediately upgraded to a series after buying a used One S for super cheap. I'm debating just selling it, or perhaps keeping it

    Wondering what others have done/plan to do with their One s or One X after upgrading?

    Obviously I own literally 0 physical games as I just bought my first ever Xbox 2 days ago.

    So someone I know recently used their controller on my Xbox and using my headset and it worked fine on their controller. But when I switched back to my original controller and plugged my headset in, I can hear myself and the headset works, but the Xbox doesn't actually register me saying anything, the most unusual thing is it works on all other controllers now apart from mine. I'm not muted, checked settings, checked party chat setting and all but I still can't find the problem. I've never experienced anything like this with the controller before.
