Do all of the slim models use the same power supply? I'm looking at some of the special edition models like the Halo 4 and MW3 but I found a couple missing the chords. I own the basic black slim model so I was trying to see if I could just plug it into those models too.
What games are you currently playing *online* with xbox 360?

Whenever I try to load up any game, the game registers as a DVD and comes up with this message, does anyone know how to fix it?
Can’t connect to network
I needed to take apart and clean my Xbox 360 afterglow controller but now I can't seem to get the shell of it back together properly or get the buttons raised up properly. Anything you guys can tell me to help? (And yes I know this thing is busted to all hell you don't need to tell me)

I just want to share my happiness. Before 6 months i bought a Xbox 360 E . Actually its my second console since my original xbox. A vast gaming library that I never played cause back in the day we didn't have enough money to buy a new console or the games that came with it. Even while I grow up to be a pc gamer i never played games from that time . Assassins creed series or borderlands or even games like xcom . So far its been quite some fun i had . Fast simple and dear god i love that I can just sit on my couch open the wireless controller and the xbox will power on ! For some of you it might be natural but for me that I had to get up to press that button to power up or power down my console every time... its magnificent.

Preparing to set out on what some may consider the ultimate nostalgia trip. So I have gamed my entire life but have been playing nothing but call of duty since 2007. The time has come to embark on this adventure and truly experience what the gaming world has evolved into. Always been fascinated by the RPG and action & adventure genres. Never took the leap until now.

I would like to go back to the start of 7th gen and play the "must play" games in the order they released chronologically. Starting around 2005/2006/2007 time frame and make my way to present day. Wouldn't mind going after some must play PS2 games as well.

Coming from someone who has played nothing but call of duty the last 14 years I have missed out on a universe of great content.

I know this would be a dream for some hardcore gamers to be able to relive the last 15 years of gaming. Hope this can inspire some of you to generate recommendations for the must play games I need to experience.

Yes, you read the header right. No, this isn't click bait of any kind. I'm looking at getting myself a Halo 4 320GB 360S for myself. I've been a PlayStation user on and off for over 15 years and I'm disgusted at how legacy users have been treated (talking about the shutdown of the legacy PSN Store and it's subsequent reversal, in part). I'm also fed up at how Sony has personally treated me, by charging me £110 to repair a brand new console and wind up refusing to repair my PS3 Super Slim (security seal was fully intact) and then damaging it further by destroying the HDD Cover Plate... And don't even get me started on the exclusives, they aren't even that wonderful to begin with... Besides, the majority of my games (about 180) are on PC, the platform I prefer the most...

So you're probably wondering why isn't this random guy on Reddit not looking at getting himself a Series X? Here's two words that Sony has clearly forgotten about: Backwards Compatibility, specifically with the Original Xbox... The 360s on it's own would provide maybe 12? console exclusive games that'd I'd personally be interested in. Games like Lego Dimensions, Midnight Club L.A., Sonic Unleashed and Red Dead Redemption to name a few. Not so worth it on it's own... But with backwards compatibility that number jumps closer to 30 with extra titles like Red Dead Revolver, Futurama, The Sims 2 (Console Edition) and Lord of the Rings to name a few...

Since I've never owned an Xbox in my life nor used one I'd like to know everything if possible about these systems. Common problems and easy fixes. What's hot on the digital games front. How good is backwards compatibility? Upgrades and more... I'd also like to know what decent exclusives the system may have... I've heard of Fable and obviously I've heard of Halo, although I don't know what either game is about.

No power supply. Lifted one for eBay for $20 ( I later found it at savers for $7 :( ) disc tray stuck, after a cleaning, tray working like a champ! Laser was bad - got a replacement for $10 & is now up running! $55 total!
