    Looking for an Xbox One compatible Hard Drive Enclosure/Dock

    As the title suggests im in the market for an Enclosure for an existing pair of hard drives that we own. We initially got a usb 2.0 enclosure but only realized afterwards a usb 3.0 link was needed. However seeing as its two separate drives, we are looking for a dock that can hold the two drives but are unsure if the xbox supports it. Would something like this:

    So I have an Xbox Series S and just tried to buy a Virtua Tennis game digitally and the store said there are no results for that game - I thought Xboxes had almost 100% backward compatibility?

    so my headset(s) has/have a problem, i think. there would always be a ringing noise when i used them and it would always show noises are being made through my mic when i mute for in game audio. so i got a new headset and the same problem is still happening. any fixes?

    my xbox series s keeps turning off randomly. the screen will freeze for 5 seconds then just turn off. it happens every 10-20 mins does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it :/

    as of recently I have been unable to load any game I get the same message stating 'For the reason whatever game has taken too long too start. (0x8027025a)' anyone have any advice on what to do or how to fix this. I have lots of storage available and good wifi so I am puzzled.

    Will xbox one download codes work for the Series S?

    Cannot add friends

    Hello! I'm going to start off by saying I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I don't know where else to go.

    So basically I play sea of thieves on my PC and when trying to add friends on Xbox from my pc the follow user icon doesn't work. Ill press follow user and nothing happens. The same thing happens when I try to join a game session from the Xbox app. I can play with people on steam with no issue but I just can't add friends because nothing happens when I click follow user. I tried adding people by going on the actual website and I still couldn't add people because nothing would happen when I clicked it.

    Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    My xboxone x won't display anything

    I have the hdmi and the power cord connected securely. I've tried the power restart then press the sync and power buttons together method but any other methods are appreciated! What do y'all think the cause of this is? This issue had been reoccurring since yesterday morning. Help...

    Unable to connect to world

    Hello, I just got minecraft for my switch yesterday and initially it didn't let me join the world but after restarting both devices (Xbox and switch) we were able to play all night. But then this morning, we try to join and same problem so we restart the consoles and still problems.

    Here's what ive done: Restarted the game on Xbox/Switch Restarted console xbox/switch Hard reset Xbox Turned switch off for a few minutes Uninstalled Mc in switch Left Mc running on menu for hours Closed Mc for hours Restarted my wifi Modem and Router Forgot and reconnected wifi on switch Clicked airplane mode on and off twice

    I've restarted the switch over 5 times and same with Xbox. It won't let me into any world and Xbox can't join my world. We played it yesterday and it was fine.

    Yes we are both on the internet. Yes We have Xbox live and yes we do have Nintendo online membership. It's not expired because I just bought Nintendo membership yesterday and Xbox live was renewed a few months ago for the year.

    Switch and Xbox are both up to date. And both versions are the newest.

    I don't know what else to do. I just bought the game yesterday and at this point I feel like I waisted my money if I only got a few hours worth of play.

    How can I fix it so I can play?

    should i buy Hyperx cloudx off Microsoft store for the discount right now? are they good for music and will my ears get really hot in the fake leather stuff?

    mainly the title would appreciate other recommendations. nothing ive seen talks about how hot the earcups are or if they are decent for music. im coming from crap 20 dollar headset so i dont have crazy expectations for sound quality.

    Question about refunds.

    First, sorry if this is not allowed.

    When I purchased Apex Coins, I only intended to purchase one order of 1,000 APEX Coins. These were purchased through Microsoft. When I clicked on order, no confirmation message opened and the screen simply went to the previous screen. This left me assuming the order did not go through so I clicked it again and then same thing happened. This was repeated about 4 times with no confirmation messages. I closed the game and reopened it only to see that I have 5,000 APEX coins instead of the original 1,000. I am requesting a refund because it never confirmed it was successful on the first purchase which would have told me not to click it again. I have submitted a refund request and it was denied for the following reason:

    Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year.

    I have confirmed on my Microsoft account there are no refunds showing for the last year. I have continued to explain to Microsoft but they just continue telling me that I have exceeded my refund limit even when I show them screenshots. I have also tried to dispute with EA and EA has told me to reach out to Microsoft. Is there any way to escalate this?

    If I was willing to order 5,000 coins intentionally, I would not have done it in 1,000 coin increments as I assume there is a package that would've given me a bonus for purchasing that much.
