    Black screen of death

    Hey xbox community, im getting the fabled black screen of death but instead of being able to hit the home button and getting the side tab to pop up, it just changes the screen from black to grey.

    I also try to report the problem but it just brings up the icon for a few seconds then brings me back to the black screen. I dont know if this is due to me being overseas with a north american console or a westinghouse tv/ hardware issues. Has anyone else had this?

    Fallout 4 doesn't launch?

    Im not sure if I'm posting this to the right place but Hi so I like to go to my camp and play my single player games offline cause there's no internet there obviously, and Fallout 4 simply doesn't launch. Other games work but not Fallout 4. I've tried taking out the disk, restarting the Xbox and unplugging it for 10 seconds so not sure what to do?

    Clean Xbox One S from dust

    I am concerned that the console is now 4-5 years old and it could fail. I don't want to buy any console anymore.

    So can I clean it from the dust? With the vacuum cleaner?

    Been thinking about getting a Xbox Series X but was wondering if anyone knows if 343 industries will have a special Console themed after Halo Infinite like the previous Consoles did for the other Halo games. I've saved up for a Series X but don't know if I should wait for any news of the Halo theme Console or get the Series X before Halo Infinite comes out. Would be great if anyone can offer any info if a Halo Themed console is coming out this year.

    Is 1440p 144hz monitor all you need to play Xbox Series X?

    I want a monitor that will let me get 120fps when possible. I'd like a 4K one but there's not many available now and it has seemed impossible to find some of them in stock.

    But is a 1440p 120hz or more monitor really all you need? I've read from a lot of people that you can't really see the difference in 1440p and 4K

    Hey, first time Xbox user here.

    Trying to use my razor kraken 7.1 surround sound headset on my new Xbox series S, audio is coming out of both the console and headset. Downloaded DTS Sound Unbound app if that helps at all. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Can anyone help me with this? I am signed into xbox live, and this still pops up when I try to play Left 4 Dead online. Does it have something to do with the fact that it's a 360 game and I'm playing it on a One S? It started doing this a week ago, it worked like normal up until there.

    Different Region DLC help

    Hello all I have a US Xbox live account but recently got a couple German and Australian games but I am having issues buying the DLC because of the regional differences so I was wondering what I needed to create an account for those regions?

    I am pretty inept at skirting region locks and would appreciate any help.

    Xbox Help website white screen

    I just accidentally bought something on my Xbox and was hoping to get a refund. I went to the support to check how and that website had a all white screen, it was fully loaded in but it was a white screen. I figured out how to get a refund from elsewhere but the area to get the refund also has a white screen. Help?

    4K Dead Space Trilogy?

    With the new Dead Space remake coming, I wouldn't mind seeing the previous 3 games get the upscale treatment, especially considering there's probably a lot of players who never experienced them back in the day that are curious enough about the new remake to try them out.
