    I've only played on Sony platforms exclusively (Minus the occasional Nintendo exclusive on switch). Never owned an Xbox console ever, and I just gotta come over here and acknowledge that you're absolutely killing it lately in the PR and customer service department.

    Between Sony closing the PS3/PSP/Vita stores without any backwards compatibility VS Xbox trying to make as much legacy content available as possible forever.

    From the mess of a cross save progression on PS5 vs Smart Delivery on Xbox.

    The Bethesda acquisition being huge to bolster their in house studios (Listen I know Microsoft has unlimited funds and is the only company who could do that, and wipe their ass with 7.5 Billion, but still)

    -Xbox's willingness to be so open to working with other platform holders like Sony and Nintendo for Cross play and saves, where Sony could not be more closed off.

    And Lastly putting MLB The Show 21 on GamePass was the last part that put me over the edge. Xbox was set to make absolute BANK on the first good MLB game being on Xbox in 15 some odd years, and they cut the check to MLB to make it free to their GamePass subscribers and probably lose money on that deal? Absolutely incredible.

    As A Sony exclusive player, I'm frankly jealous of all the great things your company is doing for you as the player to help you feel like you have value in your purchases. I love my PS5 and loved every Sony console before that, and I will continue to do so, I just have to acknowledge the amazing things Xbox is doing, and I'm very happy for all you players on this side that get to experience it!

    Xbox Series X or Series S? (Details in post)

    So I am thinking of upgrading from my one s to a next gen console (or one x) but I'm having trouble deciding which one would be best for me. I have a 4K 60hz monitor and I've heard that 4K monitors don't downscale to 1440p well so I'm hesitant on the series s, but I'm not super eager on spending $600 CAD on a new console. I'm also keeping the one s if that changes things.

    Is the series s look good enough on a 4K monitor, or should I save up for the series x?

    Meanwhile, retro Nintendo and Playstation prices are going through the roof. So this is a GREAT time to start collecting before the ravenous hordes realize exactly what they're missing and start devouring anything Xbox as well. I've seen so many amazing Xbox games for cheap ass prices (which I gladly take off their hands). It's also so nice to buy what is usually the best version of a multi-platform console game too for nothing.

    New Controller Question

    I've been using the older controllers with the PowerA play and charge kit but I got the new controller and obviously the battery won't fit in there 😂. Is there a new rechargable battery that I can get that u guys prefer?

    Xbox Series X Controller home button gets "stuck" in when pressed and takes a few seconds to pop back out. Brand new. Any fix?

    As a result, I'll press the home button to access the dash and the xbox thinks I'm trying to reset the console.

    Pretty frustrating.

    I'm guessing I'll have to claim on the guarantee, but if I could fix quickly at home I'd rather do that.

    Anyone else had this issue?

    Borderlands 3 worth it?

    I've seen borderlands 3 on sale a couple times but never pulled the trigger. Is it still fun to play a year after release? I've played 1 and 2 but it doesn't look like much has changed.

    Question about cancelling game pass ultimate

    I recently purchased a 12 month Xbox Live card because I always renew it around this time every year. When I went to the Microsoft store to redeem the code, it said it will be converted to 4 months of game pass ultimate, as I bought Ultimate for a year when it was on sale last May.

    Now my question is, is there some way I can end the game pass subscription now so I can redeem the full 12 months of Xbox live? I already cancelled the recurring payment for game pass but it says that the subscription ends next month. I would like to redeem the code as soon as possible though because I read online that the codes can expire.
