    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    Shooter Recommendations

    I'm looking for a new shooter (first or third person) to play. I'll start off by saying I'm a huge Battlefield fan. I like that it's somewhere between a tactical shooter and CoD. It's probably my favorite shooter. Guns feel fairly realistic in their handling, but not over the top realistic.

    I really liked CoD MW last year and felt it was a lot less frantic than this years Cold War game (maybe I'm looking at it more fondly than it deserves, but I felt that has less sliding/jumping/drop shotting, one hit kill weapons, and was a bit slower overall). Also really enjoyed the Ground war mode in Addison to 6v6

    I've played R6 Siege but that is probably too far into the tactical region for me, and the skill gap is very high at this point. I like Halo, but the health system in that game sometimes drives me away as it takes a lot to kill someone. I'm currently playing Rogue Company, and like it but it's not something I want to sink hours into. Gears of War also makes me feel the same way as Rogue.

    Games I have on my radar are:

    Insurgency Sandstorm (really excited seems to fit the bill, but don't know when it will release)

    He'll Let Loose (again seems like it will be a while until release on Xbox)

    Squad (even though I'm pretty certain it will not be released on console.

    Does anyone have any solid recommendations based on my post that might be coming out or that I might have missed?

    I've been thinking about getting back into playing online stuff and since Xbox is changing it so free to play games don't require a gold subscription I've been thinking of maybe warframe is a good start to get back into online stuff?

    But what do you guys think is the game worth trying out?

    Won't let me know into some games

    Lost game

    I just moved and I lost my game (battle field 4) in the process. If I buy it again will i be where I left off progress wise since it's still downloaded to my Xbox? I was a really high level on Xbox live in it

    Download speed slow

    I have an OG Xbox one and the download regularly drops below 20 mbps and often goes to 500 kbps but if I check my internet speed, it is around 200 mbps download. Any reason for this? It's been happening for a long time

    Screenshots are missing.

    I took a bunch of new screenshots from a new game I played this weekend but most aren't saved for some reason. I read they get deleted after awhile but it's only been a few days so don't think that's it. I'm talking about saved to the console, not uploaded to live.

    Anyone know what's up? Is there no app to view them either, just the guide button where you hit recent them go to all?

    Ok so my brother and I have our own Xbox's. He has only his account on his and I have mine and his on mine. For some reason whenever he gets a game I can download it for free. But whenever I get a game he still has to pay. We're both laying for gold not gamepass. Anyone know what's happening?
