Posted: 18 Mar 2021 11:41 AM PDT everywhere i've read says you just need to open the dolby atmos app with the headset connected, but i do that, and i don't get any prompts about a trial and it wants me to buy a subscription for 14 days instead. is there something i'm doing wrong? i've fully power cycled the headset and series x console, twice now, nothing is changing. | Xbox Series X|S Controller PC issues Posted: 18 Mar 2021 01:55 PM PDT Hi, I'm hoping someone here could help, I bought the new Xbox controller today for PC, I connected it via Bluetooth, updated the controllers firmware and downloaded forza horizon on gamepass to test it out, all was well till the race started from then the controllers would constantly disconnect and reconnect, I tried several fixes including switching controller off and on , turning Bluetooth on pc off and on but issue still persisted. I know this is quite common and I think they extended the warranty for it. Just wondering if anyone has any experience returning and getting a new controller from Xbox.
