    When I started my Xbox today, I noticed the tile on the Frontpage aren't transparent anymore. I know games and apps aren't affected by the option.

    I've been on XBL for 12 years with zero ZERO issues, flags, suspensions, nothing. Spotless record. I don't swear or anything AT ALL.

    A lot of the Ambassador missions are things like "Make new friends" or "Gain new followers" and you have limited time to complete these. These missions require you to reach out to people.

    I fired up GhostRecon Breakpoint tonight and played 15 rounds with a bunch of people. The games were fun and nobody was even using a mic. No chat. So after I quit I went to the social tab and there is a list of all the people I just played with. Ok, this is great I can add new people to play with again and this will knock out all those missions that are running out of time for me to finish.

    So I sent this exact message to about maybe 8 or 9 people:

    "GG in Breakpoint. Add me and let's play again sometime".

    Then I added them as a friend.

    Moments later I get a "Your account has been suspended" message from Xbox Live.

    Here is the thing - If your account has a suspension on the record you get banned from the Ambassador program. So that was a year or so completely wasted down the drain. I was on level III going on IV. It took a LONG TIME to get these. All down the tube now.

    Here is what makes it even worse. There is no option to resolve anything. You get sent to the suspension support site and they is nothing that you can do except just "Admit you were wrong" to reduce the suspension time, and that is it. They essentially make sure nobody will help you and you get some very broad reasons of what the violation could have been.

    This is so lame.

    Having problems

    I have an OG Xbox one and the Microsoft store and events beta apps keep trying to update. It clearly goes past the updated amount of data needed to update these apps. I try to cancel it and retry but to no avail it doesn't work. I've tried a hard reset and that doesn't work either. It keeps trying to automatically update but it will just stop at 2% and keep running data. Any help would be much appreciated!

    How do remotes function with Blu-Rays and DVDs?

    I really can't stand using XBox controllers to watch movies. If we get a remote for the XBox One X, will it easily let us access the menus on our DVDs and Blu-Rays? Or is it simply just the XBox buttons remapped to a remote format? We'd like to have a remote for the XBox that simply has a Menu button, Fast Forward Button, Pause, etc. like a regular remote. I think we're done with the days of accidentally fast forwarding because we accidentally pressed the trigger on the controller. Thanks for any help!
