    Is my controller genuine or fake?

    I bought a couple of cheap controllers online and one of them seemed odd to me. The battery cover inside was kinda yellow-tinged, the controller felt lighter and less sturdier. On one controller, it has all star bits, on the "fake" it has three star bits (by the battery holder and inside) and the rest are philips. In the battery compartment there was some chinese lettering like also in this link of a comparison to a real vs fake controller and it had the 360 sticker mine had on his fake, he had the yellow battery door as well. Naturally I was upset so I messaged the seller about it and he said they were all bought with systems and we're all genuine. He had great feedback as well.

    He's offered me to return them which I had planned on doing. But I had been testing it alongside the other and notice no difference. Then I opened both controllers up and they both have "microsoft" printed on the circuit board and have everything I'd call genuine on the inside. The "fake" in the link had all phillips whereas mine has four but also the three star bits.

    Was the img comparison just wrong? I might add, on the front there is no difference between the real and what I thought was fake controller. The "XBOX 360" lettering also looks legit and no difference but the real controller.

    I really feel like an ass that I could have been misinformed and they are both actually genuine. Does anyone know if both are in fact genuine?

    Halo 4 special edition console power noise

    I just got a console only halo 4 360 console and powered it up and was surprised by the very weird on off noise it made, is it supposed to sound different than a normal 360?

    Just planning to use the case on my rgh but not sure if I should move over whatever the circuit is that makes that noise

    I want a wallpaper of an image I have saved on my phone for my Xbox 360 so I plugged my phone into my Xbox but when I go under photo viewer and select “Apple iPhone” it says no pictures. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

    If I plug in an eternal hard drive, will it automatically format, or can I copy files to my xbox without formatting it?

    Hi there friends! I have a question regarding external hard drives for the 360. So my friend has a 1TB external Seagate hard drive. His music and files are on there, and I don't want to delete them, 'cos he doesn't have a backup of them at all.

    I want to plug in the hard drive and copy some videos from the hard drive on to the 360 without the drive being formatted. Is this possible, or does the 360 automatically format the drive? And also, is it possible to maybe keep the drive plugged into the 360 and watch the videos on it without the drive being formatted? And also, I don't plan on putting games on there (at the moment that is)

    A quick backwards compatible question

    I recently bought "Futurama" on OG Xbox and was pleasantly surprised to see its backwards compatible on the 360. 2 little questions, will playing the game on the 360 instead of the OG xbox give me any type of graphical upgrade? (Similar to how the xbox one upscales backwards compatible games) and is it the bumpers that compensate for the black and white buttons of an OG Xbox controller? (The game has some cheats and I'd like to use them but they have black and white)

    Where to found Original Controllers?

    I having issues with my chinese controllers, unfortunately i live in Brazil, the dollar is uphigh, and the options are the pirate ones.

    Buut... I wish to know where i can find original ones to buy, even used etc, i can save up some money, the analog sticks on the fake ones are poor.

    Why can't I install Call of Duty World at War?

    I have already bought it but the download only gets to 80% and then back to zero, and this can fo on for hours. So I have canceled it, cleared all my cache, restarted the xbox 360 console, and started it again, but it gives me the same problem... Does anyone know what to do?
