    So I have been doing a lot of marketplace buying and repairing / selling again.. I met a lady who seemed to have tons of game stuff.. turns out her husband owns a recycling company. New supplier obtained. This is exactly how thing start to get out of hand lol

    I have an original xbox 360 and it has 2 issues:

    1. The disc tray won't always open.

    2. The disc drive spins WAY too fast.

    How do I fix it? Please help.

    Some games that are available on the marketplace website don't show up on the marketplace store on the 360. If I buy them, can I download and play them on my 360?

    Xbox 360 Phat Hard Drive stuck, help!

    So I'm trying to remove my existing 360 hard drive from my phat model. Unfortunately, the release button on the hard drive is pushed in, and while I can push it in further and I can get it to release from one of the locks, I cannot remove the other. I want to continue to use this hard drive, and I don't want to break it. Is there a way to trigger the slots to remove it from the drive such as with a screwdriver or toothpick?

    Looking for OEM wired 360 controller and I have a few questions

    Is there any functional difference between the Microsoft branded 'wired Xbox 360 controller for Windows' and the standard wired controller than shipped with 360 consoles? Any tips on where find some? All the ones I see on eBay are either dirty or missing the little usb dongle at the end.

    What are the chances my Xbox 360 Pro is still the original

    Bit of a strange and possibly impossible to answer question but I'm curious to know. So I have an Xbox 360 Pro 20 GB bought in late 2007/early 2008. In early 2009 I sent it in for red ring. It spent three days at the repair centre before starting its return journey. At the time I thought they literally just fixed mine and sent it back (maybe the serial number was the same as the one I sent out, can't remember now). From what I remember the 2007 manufacture date and the team on the serial number sticker at the back matches what I remember reading when I first unboxed it.

    I also remember at the time I had an intermittent drive issue when I sent it off that I forgot to tell Xbox about (the red ring was a bigger problem) and the console that came back did the exact same thing (that issue I think solved itself. I got a 250 GB S in 2012 so I can't remember some stuff about how the Pro behaved). Looking back it may just have been COD4 that had the problem, I pretty much played that game non stop.

    What are the chances the Pro I have now is the same one I unboxed in 2008?

    Any idea on a replacement for this cap on a Xenon board. Oddly enough the system works just fine. Took it apart to clean and do new thermal paste and 12v fan mod.

    I've heard it doesn't red ring as often but I just wanna know bc my old launch 360 red ringed a while ago, and does the slim use the same cords as all other models?

    Good HDD enclosure for 700 mA former laptop drive?

    Recently upgraded laptop to SSD and was looking to repurpose the HDD for my 360.

    Some technical specifications for the drive:

    5400 RPM, 1 TB, 5V 700 mA.

    Asking because the 700 mA makes me concerned a single USB port isn't enough power, since my desktop PC reports 500 mA per port.
