    Frustrated can’t login

    So I got signed out of my Xbox live account. Now when I try to sign in it says I have to re-download my profile.

    When I go to re-download it I put in the email and password and it's not listed as one of the profiles available for download.

    So maybe I have the wrong email address right? Cool, let's recover that: "Step 1, login to your profile, click account, etc" Except. I. Cant. Sign. In.

    Never had this problem, then got auto signed out for an update or something and now here we are.

    Any ideas?

    Any way to get past the Battlefield 4 install?

    I am aware that it is necessary since the whole game is not on the discs but I have a 35 GB USB drive but still can't play the game since it need a 360 HDD which for the slim are really expensive for OEM ones. Anything would help

    I'll start off by saying I am NOT a console gamer. If that's even what it's called. I play a lot of games on my phone, like MS Solitaire, Township, matching games like Candy Crush, jigsaw puzzles, logic puzzles, choose your own adventure....I know it's a long shot but are there Xbox 360 games for people like me that are totally uncoordinated and can't play a game that requires so many buttons to be pressed? The only game I have is the SIMS and I enjoy that one.

    Ideas?

    basically my xbox 360 spins once, and then i get the open tray thing. tried cleaning lens, adjusting the adjustment screws on the reader module, smashing, and knocking on the disk reader. please help!
