- The Xbox configuration is reading that my right stick is working, but when I open up the menu, it won't work. Also, it won't work in any game, such as cod.
- Just passed 10k points after 6 years, and just noticed I have a "7" as the last digit, but I have no idea how i got a number not ending with 5 or 0. Have anyone seen anything like this?

Posted: 13 Aug 2020 11:13 AM PDT Hey people, now I know this is a known problem for others as I have done my research on it but I am literally stuck and have nowhere else to turn. As explained in the title I try to turn my Xbox on, it makes a quieter start-up ping that usual then just doesn't turn on. I have tried unplugging everything and putting it back in, dusted everything down, wiring my controller up, attempting to remove the disc, new direct electrical socket..you name it. This is where it gets funny. So I contacted Xbox support as expected and I was put through all the troubleshooting options etc then I was told it is a internal problem and I need to send my Xbox away to get it fixed. So I click on the link and it takes me to where I can get it serviced and of course the page just doesn't load and will not load no matter how many times I try. So I presume they're not taking repairs at the moment which I can totally understand because of Covid right but like what else can I do? I feel like I've tried everrrrythinnggg and all I wanna do is jump on my Xbox for the short amount of time I get. Is there anyone out there that can help me? I've settled for cheaper options before (under 30 euros or so), but they have always failed me (joysticks drifting, buttons failing, triggers broking down etc). How is the xbox controller in terms of reliability? Have yours failed before and needed to be replaced? I'm wondering if I should get it or not, 70 euros seems like quite a hefty investment. Thanks!
