    After Plagues Tale and now Flight Simulator I think if Asobo is down for it MS should acquire them. A very talented team that can either be kept as is and make numerous games with great production quality like what Ninja Theory is doing now or they can build them up into a AAA studio like InExile.

    Seriously, try it. It's a unique little indie game that has you sailing and managing your people/ship. I downloaded it on a whim thinking it wasn't going to be that fantastic, but it is. I have no idea why no one is talking about it though. Atmosphere is amazing. Game feels relaxing. Just grab a seat and play!

    Battletoad makes me wish xbox had couch co-op play similar to Steam

    Like a lot of people, I'm really enjoying the new battletoads. But there's a major omission that most people bring up and that's the lack of online multiplayer.

    This really makes me wonder if xbox could do something like Steam's coop play feature. For those who don't know, Steam currently allows you to play any local multiplayer game online, even if the game doesn't normally support it. Games like Cuphead, Rayman origin and Legends, Overcooked 1, and the recently released Battletoads have only local multiplayer. But they support online multiplayer on steam and this is a really cool feature. You can read more about it in the link below. I really think microsoft should create something similar for xbox live. Most developers would agree that adding local multiplayer to a game is significantly easier than adding online multiplayer. With a feature like this, I can play Battletoads online even if the developers didn't add it.

    Sure I could just get Battletoads on steam, but then I won't benefit from game pass as game pass pc works only with the xbox app and the windows store as far as I'm aware.

    We already pay money to play online, why can't we get a feature like this when steam already offers it completely free? They could pair it up with xbox gold and game pass ultimate and that would be a really cool addition. This would be great as it would allow so many indie games to seemlessly utilize xbox live and add online multiplayer to their games. It would also make the xbox one ports of many multiplayer indie and AA games the definitive edition of the game as you can only play them online on xbox instead of PS4 or switch. This could also be really great when combined with xcloud.

    And hey, what if microsoft uses this as a way to bring back online multiplayer for og xbox games. Most og games have split screen and local multiplayer support, Using this, you could finally play the older battlefront games and Conker live and reloaded online again.

    What do you guys think? Would you be down for something like this?

    I am very lucky my kids are gamers and I am in Act 4 of playing the game in three player co op. The game is so much fun. I truly hope MS adds the online co op so that more people can play it three player . Because that is how the game is suppose to be played. I love the music , art style and the story. The game is just plan fun.
